Arrival Procedure
Take a ticket at the NCP Flightpath entrance barrier and park your car in the designated parking spaces.Take a courtesy transfer to the terminal building. Please allow 20 minutes for check-in and transfer to the terminal

Departure Procedure
Courtesy coaches are located on the forecourt outside the terminal building. To request a return transfer use the courtesy phone situated on the forecourt opposite the taxi rank. Once at NCP Flightpath follow signs to the customer service building to exchange your booking confirmation and entry ticket for an exit ticket.

A free 24 hour transfer service runs to and from Aberdeen airport terminal and Aberdeen NCP Flightpath every 10 minutes.

Disabled Facilities

• From the South, take the A96 sign-posted "Iverness" to Dyce
• From the North, take the A96 as far as Dyce
• From A96 at Craibstone Roundabout follow signs for Airport / Dyce Drive
• Take exit for airport and continue through 1st set of traffic lights
• At the 2nd set of lights turn right into Argyll Road
• At next roundabout take 1st left following signs for Long Stay Car Park
• Aberdeen NCP Long Stay Car Park is approx 300 yards on the left.

Mrs Macgregor, 24 Oct 07 On arrival at the airport on our outward journey we found the staff very helpful and the bus over was immediate. On the return we had to wait about 10 minutes for the bus but again the staff were very helpful.

Miss Innes, 13 Feb 07 Have used the secure car park a few times and find it very convenient for the airport. Entry and leaving procedure very good. Coach driver always very helpful, and never have long to wait for transfer to or from the airport. It is worth paying a few pounds extra for good service and a tarmac parking surface.
Pros: Easy to find. Good surface. Obliging coach driver. Near the airport.

Mrs Milne, 23 Aug 06 Having returned to Aberdeen with no case and the documentation in my case, I was worried that I would have to pay again. But the very nice lady at the gate gave me a form to fill in and I was on my way in minutes! After all the difficulties getting away on holiday it was nice to be greeted by friendly helpful people.

Mrs Mellis, 05 Jul 06 My husband and I had to make a hurried visit to see my brother who was very ill. We were flying to Copenhagen and were due back at 3.45pm. I, therefore, booked the car into the car park until 4.00pm. By the time we landed, collected our luggage and the bus arrived, it was 4.10pm and I was horrified to be charged an extra day's parking! My brother had just died and we came home to be greeted with this! We have used other airport car parks very successfully with no complaints, but I must say that I would hesitate to use NCP Flightpath again.

Mr Grainger, 22 Mar 06 The shuttle driver saw me parking my car and retrieving my luggage yet set off to the terminal without me. Another minute would have seen me on the bus with the other two passengers. This is a first for me, the driver usually waits for any travellers heading to the bus stop. Otherwise I would have rated this great too. Pricing is a little high when compared to others but to be fair, the facility is a lot closer to the terminal and I am happy to pay a premium for that. Generally, I am very happy with the service and with the staff. They are welcoming and friendly.
Pros: Close to airport. Transfers are quick, and regular.
Cons: Slightly more expensive than competitors.

Dr Green, 13 Feb 06 When we arrived, a transfer coach was behind us. He very kindly waited while we parked and boarded the bus. Having booked over the internet, I wouldn't do it any other way.
Pros: So quick to get to airport terminal.
