How to book Airport Parking
simplyparking.co.uk is the new and cost effective way to book your Airport parking online. By offering a price and facilities comparison service in addition to a live availability check across more than 100 car parks at over 23 UK airports, we believe we are able to offer you that little bit more, giving you the opportunity to make an informed choice when booking your airport parking.
Our specialised comparison engine will check airport parking prices and availability from every parking company as you wait, and then display the results in an easy-to-read comparison chart. You'll be able to see at a glance which is the cheapest, best and most suitable car park for you.
Step 1 - Select your travel dates
At the top of every page we display our Airport parking comparison form where you can instantly search for the latest prices and availability. Just choose the Airport and/or prefered Terminal that you are flying from, select your parking dates then click the search button. simplyparking.co.uk immediately begins a comparison search, gathering the latest price and availabilty directly from the each parking company.
Step 2 - Availability Screen
Within 15 seconds we will display the latest pricing information and all available car parks for your selected parking dates. To help you make an informed decision we show you all the relevant information about each individual car park including the reviews and the different prices for each company.
The Tabbing system
The availability screen is laid out in a "tabbed" format. By clicking each one you can show and hide additional car park and booking information. There are always at least three tabs displayed on the availability screen. The first will show the available on and off-airport car parks, the second displays the direct booking phone lines for each company in addition to their booking terms an finally there is the Save Quote tab to email yourself a link directly back to the results page for later use. For those airports where a Meet and Greet parking option is available we show a tab which when clicked, displays availability and pricing information. We also display a seperate tab that shows a car park location map for a number of Airports - we will soon be adding more to cover our entire airport range
The car park Information boxes
Each car park has its own information box, they are listed underneath one another. By default, the car parks are ordered by price. The information displayed includes car park name, logo, facilities available, car park overview and the number of customer reviews. Further information on each car park can be viewed by clicking the "more details" link, or in the case of customer comments the "reviews" link. A new window will open displaying the necessary information.
Price Buttons and Provider Availability
Each information box also displays the current availability from each of the parking companies, and if available, the direct price at which they are selling the airport parking space. simplyparking.co.uk do not add any mark-ups and there are no hidden costs when using our comparison service. When you have decided upon which company to use and which car park is your preferred choice all you need to do is click the price button to continue booking.
Step 3 - Booking an available car park
To continue your booking online click on a car park
price button. A new booking window will open and securely redirect you
to the appropriate parking company booking engine. Once their screen has loaded you can complete your booking online.
If you would prefer to continue your booking by phone,
click the "phone bookings" tab and call the provider directly
using the booking line provided.
Step 4 - Confirmation
If you provide an email address at the time of booking you will receive an email confirmation from the parking company and us to confirm your booking. This will display your booking reference and all the necessary information you require to park at your chosen car park. Please make a note of your booking reference as most car parks require this to validate your stay. If you made your booking by phone you will either be supplied with a booking reference at the time of booking or, if you prefer, a confirmation voucher can be sent to you by post.
