Cosmo Parking for Belfast Airport

        The staff were quick and friendly and there was no waiting for coach transfers to the terminal. Overall , very good.

        We did use it at a very busy time, car was abandoned outside, but I think it was because so many people were using it at the same time. When we arrrived back car did come from secure site at rear. We did check in and out very uickly, and transport to and from to airport was quick.

        Only hitch was on arrival back from holiday when the transfer coach ( which was new) refused to start but this was rectified within a few minutes. The staff were efficient and courteous .I would recommend.

        We arrived at Belfast International at just after 5.00am. There was only one car parking space available outside the Cosmo check-in office, which we managed to nab just in time, as another car arrived and was forced to wait for a few minutes until someone else drove off. The check-in was quick and easy,although we had to wait for a couple of minutes for the man to appear at the check-in desk, and the minibus was waiting to transport us and some other early birds across to the airport terminal. When we returned after our holiday the minibus was already on its way to the terminal, having already been summoned by someone else. There was a a bit of a scramble to get on board as there was quite a few people waiting, but we made it, although my husband had to stand on the bus (no big deal). We handed in our ticket at the Cosmo check-in and had to collect our car ourselves (again no big deal), and my husband had to do a little manoeuvring to get the car out of its confined space. The main drawback was that the place where the car was parked was very muddy, so that the wheels of our cases threw up a lot of dirt along the approach track,and we had to hitch up our skirts, and my husband's coat and trousers got a bit mucked up when he was hoisting our cases into the car boot. Also, the soles of our shoes were very wet and muddy, so that the inside of the car got a bit mucked up. Overall, the service was fine. It's just a pity their parking area was so wet and muddy.

        Really good service. Bus waiting to take us to terminal when we left the car. On our return to pick up car we phoned Cosmo as our plane was 1 hour late. The bus arrived promptly, car keys were ready for us and car parked in a convenient place ready for us to make a speedy start to our journey home. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. Have used Cosmo before and will do so again.

        I have used Cosmo for a number of years about 6-8 times a year. never have been disapointed with service. Have tried other airport parking, never again, waited 30 minutes to get transfered to airport another 30 minutes for pickup.

        We arrived at 4.30am on our outward journey and there where no carparking spaces available at the reception, we had to park the car in a clampzone. Also the transfer bus was much to small for the number of customers and baggage. On the return journey we rang for a pick-up and when we exited the terminal the bus drove off. When it returned there was a substantial crowd for pick-up and we were lucky to get on the very small mini bus.

        I have used Cosmo before and found them to be very good,excellent service and good value,and I will use them again and I would recommend them to others.

        I would like to thank Cosmo for the quick, easy, efficient and friendly service that they provide. I will 150% be using them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a similar service. Very close to the airport and as we were 4 females travelling on our own at 5am it felt a lot safer than parking a few miles a way down a country road although these further away services are often cheaper.
