Park in the marked lanes outside Airparks Services reception and check in. You can then take a free transfer to Birmingham Airport whilst your car is safely parked for you. Please allow 50 minutes for check-in and transfer to the terminal.
Upon your return simply wait in the same place you were dropped off and the regular bus service will transfer you back to Airparks.
Transfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 50 minutes for check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods please allow more time to compensate for traffic delays.
Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects that do not fit on the luggage racks.
All buses have disabled access
Parking is always at the vehicle owner's risk.
No motor homes, minibuses, lorries, caravans, trailers or other high sided vehicles are permitted, even if multiple spaces are booked. Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects that do not fit on the luggage racks.
Your car will be checked by Airparks staff and digital, time-stamped photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.
Please note that traffic delays can be experienced when major events are held at the National Exhibition Centre.

Overall good. Perhaps you could stated the next pick up time at the airport. It was a question on everyones lips. Just to show you have them in mind on their return
Very slick service, but frustrating having to wait 25 minutes for the next bus after just missing the one before.
We arrived early at the car park only to find that a bus a broken down and a 45 minoute turnaround time was quoted. There were no alternative means of getting to the airport offered and we were told that another bus would not be made available as it was 5am. Fortunately they managed to fix the bus and our delay was minimal. Setting down and picking up points were clear.
As stated above, if you are 6ft plus, then forget about having a comfortable ride to the terminal. The seats are just too close together. Get bigger coaches! Also, we waited over half an hour for a coach for birmingham back to our car, then there was a mad rush to get on, hence, we all could'nt get on the only coach to turn up. Why only one coach? They knew when our flight was arriving. Not happy. Reluctant to book with them again.
entry gate was closed & the other gate had a no entry sign on. 2 guys who worked there happened to be driving by helped me- told me just to hoot the horn & the gate will be opened. A clear sign should have been put up- as I saw other drivers having the same problem. next time I know what to do!! Otherwise no problems & have booked again in August.
Prompt service at reception with no waiting around. Car ready metres away on return. Would recommend service to others.
Very easy journey to and from the airport. One passenger had a problem with getting his suitcase on to the rack because didn't think driver was allowed to help. Driver helped him anyway. Great
Found this experience to be totally hastle free, directions very good, staff very friendly and helpful. Would deffinately use again.
Information on instructions and from staff on phones poor around where the car for the drop off service would be. By the time found which car park it was in would of been quicker to take the bus back to the car park.
Nothing to complain about; the transfers were very efficient, as was the booking in and out. My only slight niggle was the fact that the entrance to the car park was a little tight on space for vehicles which were coming in and going out at the same time. But overall, a service I would recommend and use again.
On return at midnight we had to wait until almost 1.00 am before we were picked up. Four flights had come in together and there were too many people for one bus so some had to wait even longer for another bus to arrive. As all flight details are known to the company I would have thought that a better pick up service could have been implemented.
On arrival back from our trip there was a airparks coach at the stand. We were hurrying to the coach and we were within 20yds when it pulled away. We then had to wait over half an hour before the next one arrived.
Location is poorly sign-posted. I know the Birmingham area but we missed the turning to the airpark and, in consequence, missed a transfer bus and had to wait 25 minutes for another. On outward and return journeys the bus was overcrowded with passengers having to stand. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a transfer bus on the return journey. We all know why you carry a statement that staff cannot help with baggage. However, the function of your service includes transporting baggage that has to be lifted to waist height and above. It would be reassuring to know that your staff could help, if called upon to do so. The aircraft type announcement on the bus was met by sniggering from most passengers; it does not promote your service in a good light.
The booking-in system on arrival was swift and professionally handled. No waiting around for ages to be transfered to the airport. Reasonably priced, easy to find and altogether an expirience I would recommend. We will be using you again.
I departed for 11 days and on return was in and out within about 10-15 min. No damage was noted and was able to mlocate my car quickly with the help of the staff.
Reception staff on arrival prior to travel were a little abrupt but it was 3am and I do not know what they had had to deal with. On return I had misplaced the directions back to the M42 but I was quickly and pleasantly shown where to locate a directions sheet

Too far away from the airport, the transfers didn't run every 15 mins as promised and it takes about 20 mins to get to the airport. The coach was full and no-one could find the driver. You need to leave at least an hour and fifteen minutes earlier than if you stay in the NCP on-site which is relatively cheap if you book it far enough in advance. Worst of all, having rebooked my flight they wouldn't let me reenter the car park, even though I'd booked it until Sunday. Shoddy customer service. I arrived back having missed.
Firstly a little hard to find if your driving by yourself in the dark in unfamiliar territory, but the directions are fairly accurate if a little too concise. But I was flabbergasted at how little knee room there was in the coaches, perhaps not all as the return transfer saw some people with their knees in, on the way to the airport I had to sit in the rear seats, and I'm under 6ft tall. Good value for money, though and for that I will return.
Have always used Simply Parking and probably will continue. Staff have always been very helpful and mostly happy (which is very difficult to experience in this country!) The only negative thing would be the lack of shelter outside whilst waiting for bus. I understand there is a waiting facility.
