I found the weighing scales very handy,the service was excellent, the only thing wrong was that it stated you could phone to them from the ryanair terminal and you cant,? john
This is the first time that we have used this carpark, and definately won't be the last. We were dealt with efficiently, quickly,and politely. It was all done on the internet, and that was easy. I would recommend this to my friends, as even with 2 children and lots of luggage to deal with, there were no problems. When we got back to Birmingham Airport, we rang APH using their Curtosy Phone, and as soon as we got our luggage, went straight to the Bus Stop, and the bus arrived. We got on, straight back to the CarPark, got our keys, and security number, and we were then on our way back home. Very efficient.
Everything about the system worked beautifully. We found the car park from the directions; the bus driver loaded our suitcases, we got to the airport in plenty of time to check in. On our return, we 'phoned through, the bus was waiting out the front of the airport (just as well, it was raining!) and our car was ready. It was the most straightforward and hassle-free part of the entire holiday (barring the days spent lying on the beach).
Very peased with the service and would definitely recommend to friends and family. It made the journey to and from the airport very relaxed and stress free.
The car park was very easy to find and it took only 10 mins to book in and board the transfer bus. The journey took about 15 mins. On arrival back at the airport we used the courtesy phone to inform APH and we were picked up 15 minutes later.The whole experience was very good, efficient with no fuss.We will definately use APH again.
Completely hassle-free service! Efficient paperwork, then we were straight on the transfer bus and deposited right outside the terminal. On return, very late at night, we were concerned by the very full bus back to the carpark and thought it would take ages to collect keys etc, but it took seconds and we were on the road straight away. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time.
Could not find phone in baggage area, given duff info by person at info desk, return transfer not good! Otherwise very good service
Only takes an extra few minutes over parking at Birmingham - less hassle to find a bus to the departures . Car appears safe and secure in a confined area with plenty of staff around .At a big discount to Airport parking it was well worth it.
Easy to find location, quite a distance from the airport but service was fantastic and was easy to get back on the motorway when heading home!!
Apart from slight difficulty is locating the site, everything was good. The entrance could be slightly better.
arriving back at 2am we were a little unsure of any wait for the transfer .delighted to report transfer bus was there and the collection of the car was so smooth.well done to all involved.

Very easy to find. Bus waiting for us when we dropped off car. Quick transfer to airport. Return just as hastle free. Staff very helpful and courteous. Will definetly use the service again and recommend it to our friends.
The place was easy to find, the staff were very efficient. Great help with the cases. At the end of your holiday you do not want to be hanging around waiting for buses, but the transfere time was minimal, no problem retrieving our vehical, all in all an excellent service which I will highly recommend and use again
What can I say, great value for money. The airport parking was so easy to find. The transfer to Birmingham airport was straight forward. We arrived outside the terminal. Coming home, all we had to do was call APH from their phone which was located next to the baggage area, and the bus was waiting for us. The driver even helped with our luggage onto the bus. Great service. Would recommend.
service was exalent the only thing when we got off the motorway it wasnt sign posted we had to ask someone where the car park was
the booking implied the car park was considerably nearer the airport than it was. It also did not explain that my car would be moved and reparked by car park staff. Given the choice I would not have left my car keys with anyone else. The transfer to the terminal was appaling. The driver was swerving all over the road for no apparent reason.
Great service, no problems what-so-ever, 2nd time we have used them we will certainly use them again.
I was a little concerned beforehand that being so far off-site might make the journey drawn out or even miss my flight. As it was it was easy to find, the transfer to the airport was almost immediate. On my return the bus was prompt to take me back to my car where i was given my keys quickly, all very important late at night when you just want to get home. The staff were friendly and efficient. One of the best I have experienced and would definately use them again.
they got us to the airport on time and were very polite i would highly recomend aph for all airport parking where available
