We were not happy about our Stansted flights being cancelled as we live so close to this airport, and this was our first experience of Birmingham International. We booked our parking on line (very easy), and printed off our paperwork. This was cheaper than any other airport parking we have previously used, and MUCH chepaer than Stansted or Heathrow! We sailed through and found a space easily. All was in order when we returned and a HUMAN answered the intercom where we quoted our reference and went on our way. After a long delay at Luton airport we found that we couldn't leave the car park to go home as no one would answer the intercom to raise the barriers! We were very impressed with the level of service we experienced - particularly in light of the fact that the cost was so reasonable - WE WILL BE BACK!!
