Please call 07970 906031 when you are 10 minutes from the airport to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Rapid Drop Off Short Stay car park, take the 3rd entrance and park by the shelter.
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call 07970 906031. Return to the Rapid Drop Off by the shelters at the entrance to collect your car.
This service is particularly suitable for use by disabled clients.
All chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at Airparks Services and subject to their Terms and Conditions.
The car park does not accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles.

Everything happened exactly to plan. It was well worth the money to be able to walk straight in the front door with our cases. For us it worked out cheaper than the nearest car park.
Having never used the service before I was impressed with the whole service. The convenience of parkibg your car across the road from the terminal and having the car waiting for you on your return was superb!! We particularly felt the benefit of the service having experienced a 4 hour delay returning home and didn't land until 4.30am with two children who just wanted to get home as quickly as possible!! Would highly recommend to anyone who values starting and finishing a holiday relaxed.
We were late through trafic but the phone call was all we needed to locate the driver. This takes the stress out of getting to the airport.

Birmingham Airport - what a mess on the short stay car park - no organisation and very difficult to access. Car parking was very good and guys very helpful and happy so found the experience stress free and seemless.
We were meet as soon as we parked, even though we were at least 30 minutes early on both the outward and return journeys. It took all the stress out of what is usually a time-consuming procedure.
Left home early because of fog but still got to airport hour before time and was still greeted on return at midnight flight hour late but still no problem. Top class service.
It was great to leave the car right next to the airport and let someone else park it for you. On arriving back in Birmingham it was great to have the car delivered back to you very near to the airport. After being tired from travelling the last thing you want is to have to walk a long way to find your car with heavy suitcases. We will use again next time we travel. Thank you.
Rang as requested and was met immediately at the airport car park 2 minutes walk from the terminal. Same prompt service even at 2.30am on our return. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to all.
We were met at the airpot by a very welcoming driver in uniform who had brought me a trolley for my luggage. Hand over of my keys was very straight forward. On returning from my holiday quick call to CPS, by the time we collected our luggage the driver was waiting with the engine running so the car was warm. Little thougths like the trolley and the warm car go a long way -I will definitely use Meteor CPS again. Thank you!
The opportunity to leave heavy clothing in the car instead of having to take it on the plane and not having to remember the location of the car in the car park nor having to wait for a bus make the service well worth the money.
Hassle free! - no transfer buses or worrying whether the taxi will arrive - or whether they will have brought the child seats that they promised! My only minor concern is one of security - you do wonder whether the guy you give your keys to is really "the real deal" - they know your name and registration number, but I find myself wondering whether I would be on the ball enough to spot an imposter when my mind was focused on getting on an areoplane! - That's why I always use my company car!!!
It's always a concern handing over car keys to a complete stranger but the rep was professional, polite and all paperwork was ready. I was greeted by name. On return my luggage was put in the boot of car and everything went smoothly. I had thought of the arrangement as an indulgence but in the event I consider the service well worth the cost. Thank you.
Excellent service, the driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and our car was delivered back to us within 5 minutes of calling to say we had cleared baggage reclaim. We will certainly be using Meteor Meet and Greet CPS again.
Arrived at Airport, driver was waiting, in check in queue within minutes. Arrived back from holiday, car was waiting, on motorway within minutes. What more can you ask for especially at 1 in the morning. Would definitely use again.
Contact at airport very difficult to raise on mobile number, both on way out and coming back; however someone was there anr car arrived very quickly. Footwell of passenger side dirty with grass and mud!!??? Contents of boot seem to have been thrown about!!???
This was our first time and won't be the last! We phoned and said we were running 10 mins late arriving and this wasn't a problem. We phoned on arrival and Chauffeur was waiting and very friendly. On our return our flight was delayed an hour but we phoned as soon as we picked up our cases and our car was waiting for us. Brilliant, hassle free and would recommend to anyone especially those with young children.
The extra service I booked was for a valet inside and out. Much more expensive than I usually pay so expected it to be more thorough but it wasn't nearly as good as I usually get. So I would not recommend the valet service even though it is convenient to get it done whilst on a trip.
If you have never experienced meet and greet. Give it a go. I have used this service a number of times and it is excellent for a small amount of extra money. We were late booking but CPS accommodated it. I have a 8 week old baby and the service was amazing. We were met by the man from CPS, telephone call on the way to check we were running to time. A trolly waiting for usto load our cases and the car driven off. We arrived back at 01.00 am and what a relief no messing car outside airport and we drove away 20 mins from landing.
