Firstly on-line I was quoted £58, when I attempted to book this it changed and charged me £69. To add injury to insult, on exiting the car park I was charged an additional £104 a total of £173. Despite two telephone calls no one has returned my call to arrange a credit. Would I park there again? No, nor, after my experence and no one bothering to return my calls would I recommend this facility work colleagues or friends.

Our Flight was cancelled we only stayed in the carpark for two hours this cost us £26.99, I tried to get this transferred to another date for parking with aph and failed.

I used the same card that I booked with and was charged twice, my card was debit £64 on leaving the car park which I had to claim back. It would have been cheaper booking direct with the Airport car park operater

Parking good. Price ok. Was instructed to put debit or credit card into machine on arrival and departure - only resulting in being charged twice for the parking. Managed to get refund - not clear where error lay. Will always go to a desk in future to avoid this.

This was our first time in this carpark and as such we did not realise that in fact it is within walking distance...we had to wait 20 minutes (unacceptably long) when we arrived and so on our return - as we could see it was not too far away - we walked back. The weather was fine but that would not have been so much fun in the rain...so please sort out more frequent buses!!!

I took a ticket when entering the car park and asked staff to validate the ticket at the exit. They told me that there was no booking reference, and it took them 10 min (!!!) before they finally managed to to open the barrier (I did have a valid booking)

The receptionist greeted us with enthusiasm (this was 5.30am); she was helpful and well organised. I literally parked up, dropped in my keys, picked up my ticket and jumped on the coach to the airport (5mins). On return the staff were quick to help and again I was on my journey home in no time. Excellent. Will definitely use again.

It is so easy to just push in your credit card, however, finding a space is not so easy. I ended up under trees, and returned 2 days later to find the birds had left me lots of presents. Would it not be possible to pre-book a space? Is that feasible? But price was reasonable, and the bus came fairly quickly, so all in all, not a bad experience at all.

This was by far the easiest parking I have ever used. As a business traveller I appreciate things that are quick and easy. I managed to park down at the end closest to the terminal. This made for a short walk which could have proved challenging for the less able. Can't comment on the service given for transfer (didn't use it), Facilities (didn't need any) and customer service (not required).

I could not find you, it was not clear and your directions email came in too late for me to print off in time for my travels I had to park at the Airport which I thought was what I was paying for with you hence I can only answer bad in all of your columns - BE CLEARER where you are situated in future

The long stay car park at Bristol Airport enabled us to have a good holiday, the transfers to the terminal meant that the car could be parked close to a pick up point avoiding the need to carry luggage inconvenient distances. The transfer bus was prompt and the driver was polite and allowed time to get luggage on and off the bus. I would pre-book long term parking again. Only down side was that the car was covered in a thick dust on our return, which meant I had to clean the car again, as I had cleaned it before going to the airport.

Only problem encountered was at office when attempting to pay. Service was slow and as it was raining and there was no cover over the queueing area. As it was raining cats and dogs my weekend trip ended with me receiving a soaking whilst waiting to pay for my parking!

i was very pleased to know my car was secure for the duration of my time out of the country and would definitely recommend you to my friends and family.i thought you were reasonably priced considering the convenience of location right next to the airport terminal and the staff were friendly and approachable.

Convenient to use so made walking to the terminal a reasonable choice if a bus was not available. Pathways for pedestrians poor and ill-defined. Price reasonable but why can't you be more generous to people going away for only a few days. rates always favour the long term "residents".

We found a space no problem but the tightness of the spaces and some less than straight parking meant we were further away from the terminal than needed. The bus was there within 1 minute and we used the e-ticket facility so had no need at all to come into contact with any car park staff, hence the average mark for them in the review.

on leaving car park on return from holiday put debit card in machine and was charged another £59 stopped spoke to person on gate was given telephone number to ring did this next day spoke to customer services they apologised and promised to refund this extra amount so that was ok but am cross that we were charged twice in the 1st place

I swiped the credit card used to make the booking to gain access to and to exit the car park BUT the sysem did not recognise the pre paid booking and I was charged £60.50. The attendant said this was because his system showed my booking in the SILVER car park not the long term car park. Airport Parking have promised to credit the £60.50 to my CC.

The credit card entry wasn't working so I had to park and go to the booth on my exit. Unfortunately, several other cars were doing the same thing causing a little exit jam. I didn't use the bus transfer as the car park was so close to the terminal and this is a big plus. I will be flying from Bristol again in 3 weeks and will use the car park again, but the price is steeper than any other UK airport I've used in the last 12 months (including Heathrow).

Access to parking was easy and clearly signed, terminal was near, exiting car park was quick and easy, therefore minimal time was added to my journey time.
