Report to the Days Inn Hotel reception and check-in. You will then be directed to park your car in the arrivals area at the rear of the hotel. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst your board the free transfer bus to the terminal.
Upon your return simply wait in the same place you were dropped off and the regular bus service will transfer you back to Airparks.
Transfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 30 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Please note that between the hours of 0230 and 0300 there will be a break in the transfer service. The next bus will run at 0300 hrs.
All transfer buses have disabled access.
Parking is at the vehicle owners' own risk.
This car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles.
No motor homes, minibuses, lorries, caravans, trailers or other high sided vehicles are permitted even if multiple space are booked. Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit on the luggage racks. We recommend that you use these directions in conjunction with an up to date map. This is parking at Airparks serving Cardiff Airport, not the on-site parking at the airport. Your car will be checked by Airparks staff and digital, time-stamped photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Staff friendly and efficient. Bus waiting when we arrived to take us to airport for departure. On arrival back 5 minute wait so within the times advised. No problem picking up car.
I have parked my car at Cardiff on several occasions and the service provided by the staff at the checking in desk,on the bus, and in the parking area is friendly,polite and efficient. I feel relaxed whenever I use these splendid facilities.
Couldn't have been better - the coach left for the airport within 5 minutes of arriving at the site. On return, the coach was already waiting outside the terminal. Would definitely use again.
Fantastic parking facility which i have thus far used twice this year. i dropped the car off, put the keys in the collection box, stepped onto the bus and was at the airport within minutes. Those fools in London should take note of this superb facility! Will be using you again in July. Thanks for the great service, and most of all, you don't feel as if you're been ripped off!
This service drops you off at the airport entrance, no dragging cases from a car park. Its only minutes away from the airport and the transfer bus was there waiting for me on the drop off and pick up trip.

Need more instructions on parking booking slip to ensure you are parking your car in the right place - especially when you arrive in the early hours like we did.Guy on the gate was helpful though.
A bus was waiting to take us to the airport and also waiting to take us back. Our car was waiting by the check in/out area and our keys were given to us very quickly. Will use again if flying from Cardiff
The transfers were quick and efficient. I travel 6-8 times a year and the staff involved in each aspect of this service were the best I have encountered. It takes no more time than parking at the airport. I would unreservedly reccomend this service.
It was the first time i have used this service and now i don't need to scrounge a lift to the airport from family and friends. Good value for money and very convenient! Will definatley be using this service from now on!!!
The best airport transfer and airport car parking that i have experienced to date. I feel that more help could be available to assist with the transfer of suitcases on and off the bus. I would recommend this service.
The instructions on how to get there were excellent. Drove right into the parking area, which had very good security and then only feet away from the bus so not a lot of dragging. No waiting for buses on outward or inward journey. Only a few minutes away from the airport. Buses were large enough to take people and their luggage with proper bays for suitcases. Dropped right outside the entrance to the airport-great. Cars ready on arrival back. So quick escape! And, most importantly, very reasonably priced. It is a shame we will not be using this Cardiff parking very often as we live in Kent. I will be looking on this website for Gatwick in the future though. It was excellent. Recommend to anybody.
Coach took a long time to fill up and then depart so I got a little anxious that I may miss check-in; maybe more emphasis of time required to allow for transfer.
Car parking easy, quick, cheap and secure. Had to wait about 20 mins at Cardiff airport for pick up, but that's not too bad. You get dropped off at terminal door, better than parking in airport where you have a long walk.
Car parked next to entrance on return, key retrieved within 1 minute. Car park clean, well surfaced and good lighting. Close to airport, easy to find.
on arrival,not knowing the proceedure for parking,i had little to no guidance from staff on duty which i found very annoying.On collectig my car i found the inside door panel scuffed with mud and also muddy carpets.Not acceptable sorry !!
staff were helpful and friendly. coach arrived shortly after arrival back. our car was parked only afew feet away on return to car park. we will definately be using this service again and will recommend to friends. thankyou
This is the third time that I have used Cardiff Days Inn to leave my car whilst flying from cardiff to a number of different destinations and each time the service has been excellent. I am surprised anyone would wish to use any other service given the excellent service offered by Cardiff Days Inn.
handling luggage and skis onto bus was quite tiring and the wait was frustrating even though the airport was just a few minutes away. The convenience of the parking however made up for the waiting and double handling of luggage from car to coach.
I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use these services again. We waited only a few minutes both going and coming back for pich up. Exellent service.
