I have used the Highwayman Parking facilities on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the service to and from the Airport.
Although it appears that the car park is in the middle of nowhere it is not difficult to find and the directions are very accurate. The staff are really helpful when meeting you and are very organised, so you have full faith in them. There is a pub next door to the Highwayman where you can have breakfast, should you wish, before heading off to the airport. The minibuses are great and the staff load your cases onto them. The best bit is getting off the plane, however delayed you've been, and knowing that the Highwayman minibus will be there to meet you. That is just wonderful. I've used the service several times and have been more than happy every time. For an extra fee, they'll even valet your car for you while you're away. I would recommend the Highwayman to anyone and have recommended it to all my friends.

I was a little unsure of what to expect but everything ran like clockwork. The early start with the family was made easier by The Highwayman staff. I will use them again.

The car park was easy to find following the supplied information. On arrival at the car park our luggage was loaded promptly into the coach and we were on our way to the airport in minutes. On our return the coach was waiting outside the terminal and the driver handed over my car keys and we were on our way to the car park within minutes where the car had been readied for us to leave.Quick and efficient service.
Staff were very effiecient and friendly, this is the second time that we have used The Highwayman and we shall continue doing so, keep up the excellent work :)
Single track lane to get there, however convenient to the air port. Transfer buses were on time. Food also available at the pub next door.
We were late as we misread the directions to the parking (didn't get the mileage countdown thing!) but were rushed to the airport in plenty of time, no fuss made. Home journey equally quick and car on hand ready with no hauling of siutcases anywhere. Many thanks.
Staff triendly and very helpful. Helped with luggage. Convienient to airport and easy to drive to. No walking until you reach terminal! They are waiting for you when you arrive back and take you straight away to your car. Ate before going to airport in Highwayman. Good food and quick. Will use Highwayman everytime we fly from Cardiff.
In a whole i would most definatly do it again. I never before used this sort of service but after the hassel free transfers, I would use them again! Well done guys! Keep up your well maintained service! :o)
Thank you SO much for your very friendly and reliable service. Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and made everything easy even when I had a problem with lost property at the airport on my return. I can't recommend your service enough and will definately use Highwayman again.

i was annoyed to find over 20 miles had been added to my mileage as i checked it on arrival...also my radio channel had been changed over & i was not impressed at havin to wait for the bus to come back for me...as there were other people waiting too... being a single parent with 4 children that late , in the rain was not fun and if u knew how many people were arriving, there should have been 2 buses provided

Not only the cheapest, but the best! First class service - really friendly and professional. Flight late coming back & delay in baggage hall - but minibus waiting for us with the keys outside. Car all ready to go. Don't consider parking anywhere else!!!
Staff / drivers very helpful. I also had a valet which was great for £35. Would and have recommended it. Less lugging of case as dropped right at entrance.
