I followed the instructions to the letter i.e insert your credit do not take a ticket. The only way I could obtain access was to take a ticket. At 6.15 am on a Sunday morning there were no staff on duty to sort the problem out and had to wait until my return to avoid being charged twice. A waste of time purchasing parking in advance

This car was an easy place to find with easy and friendly services. The car park is modern and parking spaces are accessable. Pre-booking in adavance made the entry and exit extremely easy with no waiting. Out of all the airport car parks I have used I would say that this one is one of the top 5 and would highly recommend it to others.

The car park at Robin Hood airport is conveniently close to the airport, in fact in walking distance. There is plenty of parking space and the car park is easily accessible. We pre-paid for our parking and this facility was very easy to use even when the car park was unmanned on our return flight, it was just a case of speaking through an intercom system to allow our exit. I would recommend Robin Hood airport to anyone, it makes a satisfactory end to a holiday.

Didn't think about parking for our holiday until about a week before departure, so we were pleased to be able to book online without any trouble. Haven't used Doncaster Airport before but we trusted the information the parking website provided - and it was spot on, as well as being cheaper than paying on the day. Excellent service throughout and well worth a go.

The system for paying by card and inserting same card at barriers (to and from car park) seemed an excellent system. However, on arrival our card would not swipe so we had to take a ticket anyway and could not sort it out until our return. Other people were saying they had similar problems.Customer service adviser very good and sorted it out straight away and we did not pay twice. When we tried to leave car park, other people were having trouble at the barriers. our advice - don't use swipe system, take a ticket and pay on return.

The instructions and labelling on the automated machines for entry and exit were not clear enough. In error I followed the instructions on the entry machine and was fed a ticket. I then had to exit and re-enter paying £2 for the privelege. Clearer instructions would have made this unnecessary. Parking was quite expensive compared with services at other airports.

The car parking is very convenient in that you can park very close to the terminal building and there is no need for a shuttle service. The comment re the road signs was that outside of Doncaster there are very few signs showing the way to the airport and it was not until you entered the city centre that they started to appear and even then at odd times they were small and easy to miss

It was the first time we had used Robin Hood airport. The procedure given to enter and exit the car park was very clearly defined in the booking confirmation. In fact it was idiot proof.

An excellent car park, plenty of space, close to the airport arrivals and departure doors, level, well lit couldn't wish for better. I will have no hesitation in using it again.

The car parking was easy to find, reasonably price and very easy to use. It's a great idea to ask customers to put their credit card in the machine on the way in and out rather than having separate tickets. Questions one and three above I had left blank as neither were relevant but I could not proceed without filling something in.

It was not at all clear on arrival that you had to insert the creditcard into the part of the machine where a parking ticket comes out - not a logical thing to do - had to call for assistance. Instruction on the booking sheet would have been easy to add.

After paying on line all you do on arrival is put your credit card in the slot to raise the barrier drive through and park up.On leaving do the same with your card and leave......simple.

New link road easy to find, fully automated service is quick and easy to use. No involvement with car park staff. Would advise that you take special notice of where you park as I have used this park several times and finding your car is not always easy.
