Parking is at owners own risk, subject to printed terms and conditions which are available at the port.
Maximum vehicle height is 2 metres within the multi-storey car park. Traffic wardens in the office at the entrance to the car park can arrange a space for a high-sided vehicle.
Public toilets, telephones, vending machines, drinks and snacks are all available in the booking hall directly adjacent to the multi-storey car park.

Narrow two way ramps in car park, inadequate area to stop and speak to atendant to exit car park, booth on wrong (near) side. Car park lifts inadequate when escorting a bicycle Transfer to ferry involved a very long walk in live traffic to board the ferry via the vehicle storgae lanes to the ferry vehicle ramp. All in all very unsafe.
No complaints at all. Very relaxing to know that we had reserved and paid for a spot on-line before travelling. Also it was great arriving back tired and weary at Dover to find the car just as we left it, and the member of staff at check-out both helpful and friendly though we had over-run our time a bit. Envious glances as we drove off from those in our coach-tour party who hadn't taken advantage of your services and were waitng in-line with their luggage for a taxi or bus! Here's to next time.
Excellent pre booking service. Half the price of paying on exit! Lots of space in car park. No signs to get to departures from car; lifts take you down to arrivals, then follow signs round to departures. On return lift up to car park is right next to arrivals hall so not far to go but trolleys cannot go in the lift. Have recommended this site to my friends.
We thought the parking service was convenient albeit a little expensive for overnight. The biggest disappointment for us however was that upon arriving back in Dover, we had to wait for the shuttle that was scheduled to drop passengers off for the next departure. We waited almost 20 minutes and were told it was because of traffic when clearly it was just more convenient for them to make the one trip with the bus.
I have never been to Dover before. Easy to find your site online to book in advance - very quick and easy - very efficient and value for money. It was a birthday treat for my partner and whole experience including the parking made the day run really smoothly and we had a great day.
Gr8 parking, security etc however no consideration whatsoever for a lone traveller with oodles of luggage (ski equipment for several weeks) it is not possible to load all on one trolley; there is nowhere to offload baggage then park (there are short 10minute bays for parking but luggage cannot be left unattended) No assistance from customer services or any of the desks - in the end I paid 2 people collecting for charity to look after my baggage while I parked my car.
Parking was discounted by one-third on the normal daily rate. The directions regarding the whereabouts of the car park and the exit procedure were excellent - I would definitely use the Simply Parking service again.
Ideally situated for the ferry terminals. Fairly easy to get in and to find way around, a few more signs once on foot would be helpful. The only problem is how to get out, when, where, how do you validate your ticket to get out without having to ask the man in the box at the barrier? Luckily no-one else was leaving at the same time. Otherwise, extremely convenient.
It is true that the spaces are a bit tight! Also, for some reason, we ended up parking in the Arrivals section, which meant a long walk to the check in desk, but was good for the trip home.

This is a good place to park your car if you are going on foot, easy to get in and out of, very secure.
No attendant present to sort voucher when returning after the journey. As there were several of us in different cars it blocked the exit for other users until the attendant appeared. Other than that no issues!
You might get lost briefly, after you have parked up! Lack of direction signs to Departures. Otherwise no problems, unless you have a rather LARGE wide car, and there aren't many spaces left?? Then you might value parking sensors!!
I came back at midnight to a flat battery (my fault: I knocked the light switch on with my luggage when leaving the car). The attendant came straight up with a battery pack and I was on my way in ten minutes. Great service!
The car park is easy to find, well laid out inside and well signed. Parking was not a problem and paying just as easy.

Despite the "cons", we will certainly be recommending Dover Ferry parking to any others who are sailing out as foot passengers from Dover, and the whole experience has encouraged us to use Simply Parking again at ports and airports.

The car started first time on our return which I'm sure was partly due to parking under cover. This service is very convenient with no transfer times to allow for.
