Drive into the parking lot and report to the office with your confirmation email or booking reference. A Relyon driver will park your car and you will be transferred to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle.
A Courtesy Shuttle Bus will take you back to the car park. The bus will be waiting outside the Travel Centre, which is on the right hand side of the terminal (ground floor).
Transfers are available on demand, 24 hours a day.
Wheelchairs can be transferred on the coaches and staff will help disabled travellers where possible.
Vehicles are insured against fire and theft, and Relyon drivers are fully insured to drive customers' cars.
Trailers and vans are allowed. Please book an extra space for trailers. There is no height restriction.

Although I had a little difficulty locating the car park (as much my poor navigation as the location) the service when I arrived was efficent and courteous. The car park and surroundings are not NCP standard but neither is the cost of parking. Do not let the look of the place put you off. I had no complaints and would not hesitate to use Relyon again.
The car park was easy to locate and the mini bus was ready to transfer us to the ferry terminal. O n the return journey when we arrived back to the ferry terminal the mini bus was their waiting to return us to are car. Stress free parking at very affordable prices.
After searching on the internet we chose Relyon and are glad we did as they were the best,very friendly and helpful and no wait time,we were taken right to the cruise ship so no walking with the cases .We would recommend them to any one.So book with confidence.
Overall standard very good, very prompt transfers. Car park itself and facilities a bit sruffy. Good value and easy to find.

In my opinion this was not a professional company nor did they give you the feeling that they were one that were up and coming and would meet youe expectations in the future, ambience & facilities was poor, car bumper had been scraped and transfers were not speedily
On arrival baggage offloaded by their staff to transfer bus. Reception dealt very efficiently with reception of car. Did not actually see the storage area as w were moved on so fast. Quick transit to the cruise terminal. transit bus waiting for us on our return to port. Baggage again loaded to bus by their staff. Quick return to car park. car ready for baggage loading and drive away. Reception staff again very efficient in returning keys. A very good parking experience at half the price of that of the cruise terminal car park.
Very efficent service at a realistic price. Easy to book via the internet and which did all we wished. Would be happy to use this company again in the future.
Staff were waiting to wisk our luggage from our car into the transport, booking in staff were friendly and explained what was happening. The drivers were cheerful and didn't complain when handling some heavy luggage. Pick up was just as efficent. If I was using Dover again I woulld definately use Relyon parking again. Audrey McConnell
I can only speak of the Dover Parking but found it to be quick and reliable. Security appeared to be good.

Small car park, so no queues. Minibus service left immediately after parking car and was very punctual on pick up for return. Even though this was a relatively small operation there were two minibuses for pickup. No waiting at all. Very good service.
not really walking distance from the port (or anywhere else), but the transfer was efficient (both ways), so no probs
Very easy website to use to book. Excellent directions ( we forgot our Tom Tom! ) Helpful bus drivers cheerful and courteous. Pick up was smooth. Would recommend this company to anyone leaving on a cruise from Dover. It was DEFINITELY excellent value for money although it looked very basic! We would certainly use this company again if one day we can afford to go on another cruise!
We arrived at 1am having no difficulty in finding the place. Within five minutes we had handed over our car and was aboard the shuffle bus to be taken to the docks. The service was excellent. On our return, we telephoned to announce our arrival along with quite a few other passengers. We got to the pick up point and three shuttle buses arrived. We couldnt get on these but waited about 10 mins for them to return. We reached the car park, handed over our ticket collected our keys and our car was ready waiting for us. Nothing but praise.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to any I know. Many thanks to everyone for making this part of my holiday as simple as it can possibly be.
it took us quite a while to actually find the compound despite instructions but once we did the staff were most helpful and friendly. on our return from holiday (approx 12.30am) the curtesy bus was on the dock waiting for us and took us straight to the compound where the car was already waiting at the front of the office, we could just put out suitcases in and go. have already booked a space for out next holiday and would thoroughly recommend them.
These folks offered some of the best customer service I have experienced since moving to the United Kingdom in 2001! When we returned from a day trip to France, the battery on my car was drained and my car would not start. The gentlemen at the car park "jump started" the car and I was on my way within minutes. They really were fabulous and I will use their services again should the need arise.
I needed at park the car at short notice for 10 days. It is fair to say that I was reluctant to use this car park because it was situated in the middle of an industrial estate and looked, well lets say not that professional, especially the transfer bus. That said, the service was friendly and efficient, they looked after the car very well, and they were fantastic with the transfers. Don't be put off by the surroundings. They are much better than many big name companies I have used. I will be using this car park from now on for all my foot passenger trips to France. Give it a go.
Directions to the site were good except there is one more set of lights than on the instructions! The service was efficient and friendly and on our return the keys were in our hands within seconds. The site is a little rough around the edges, as is the minibus,but it was central, secure and organised. Without question we would use them again.
