Park in the marked arrival bays at and check-in at Airparks reception. Your car will be parked for you whilst you are transferred to the airport. Please allow 40 mins to check in and transfer to the terminal, as car park staff will check your vehicle and take digital, time-stamped photos of any marks or damage.
Upon your return simply wait in the same place you were dropped off and the 20 minute bus service will transfer you back to Airparks.
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed if Donington Park is holding a major event. If you are concerned you can check on www.donington-park.co.uk and look under race meetings for the major events.
PLEASE NOTE: Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit on the luggage racks.

Parking is at the vehicle owners' own risk.
The car park does not accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. Maximum vehicle height is 2.10 metres (7 ft).
Your car will be checked by Airparks staff and digital, time-stamped photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Very easy to find, clearly sign-posted off the M1, well maintained site with good security on view. Transfers to and from airport run well and on time! Will definately use again, not only at East Midlands, but other sites too. A reassuring start to any holiday. Thank you.
The only downside was I paid to have a full valet which was good except on our return the car was parked under a tree resulting in a large amount of bird droppings on the roof otherwise 10 out of 10
The airpark has the times of flight returns and should ensure coverage for returning passengers to save time waiting as there is no covered collection area for inclement weather.
Would use the facility again.Easy to find.Very freindly staff,but I thought the information given was a little rushed on arrival.The compound was secure.The parking surface and lighting could have been better.The transferes where on time,although I thought disorganised when getting both baggage and people on and off the bus.The drivers where both freindly and safe.Having taken everything into acconut,it was worth the money.
The two gentlemen who picked us up at the airport to return us to our cars were a welcome tonic when feeling sad that our holiday was over. They were very amusing and a credit to the company.
You are easy to find and the time from check in to being dropped off at the airport was very quick. Good transfer back on return, driver very helpful. Car was easy to find when I returned.

Suitable site and suited our needs but a little more lighting at the entrance and signs on the approach roads would make things easier in the hours of darkness.
This was very easy to book, easy to find. Fast efficient service when we arrived. Everything including the bus nice and clean. Quick departure onm our way home. Excellent service and value, will use again if we fly from East Midalnds.
Very easy to find the car park, On arrival just handed the car keys to friendly helpful staff and jumped straight on the bus to the airport. Bus driver advised us on where to be picked up ( same place as drop off ) Easy. Had a couple of minutes wait for our return bus, On arriving back just picked up keys and away we went. First time we had used it and it was so easy, Car was secure and safe and we will be using it everytime from now on. Hassle free !!
The bus going to the termianl was ready and waiting and the retun bus was just as efficient as it pulled up just as we walked out of the departure terminal door. Drivers polite and courteous on both runs and probably a little better than the Manchester experience the year before, which I thought would be hard to beat. The price was a little more at East Midlands than Manchester but no major problems. Thank You Airparks for a job well done and keep up the good work.
We arrive at EMA quickly on good roads. We followed the directions in the booking email but after turning off the A453 at the traffic lights there was no obvious directions to Airparks, only to the racetrack entrance. All else was good, thankyou.
Everything went so smoothly from parking the car to driving away again. The bus was waiting both for departure and arrival, the car was easy to find and just as we left it. Like I said so easy. Thankyou
It was so easy! after the flight, we waited about ten mins for the coach, back to carpark, and located the car straight away! We will certainly use Airparks again.
I will book again, but feel that the company would benefit from more staff in the office and drop off nearer the terminal. I was with a young child and found it difficult with the child and two suitcases considering the distance I had to walk from the drop off point
Very well run. My only gripe was with the bus driver ( on arrival back in the UK) who had us stand in the rain whilst we got our receipt out before he would allow us to get on the bus, he let your company down, a right jobsworth.
If you are using the carpark when there is an event on at Donnington Park allow extra time as you will get held up with the traffic going to the event took me an extra 45mins
As a previous customer of Airparks it is so easy and hassle free so i wiil always use Airparks when my family and i go on holiday.
Having never been to East Midlands Airport before I did not know where the departure point was, I assumed where we were dropped off this was it, I was not told by the bus driver that this was the pick up point either, nor was it sign posted Airparks pick up or drop off. Having known it would have saved three of us walking round looking for the departure point and signs that did not exist!!
Easy to find, close to the airport, and very punctual coaches to ferry you to and from the airport. I would definitely use them again.
