The car parking is a 5 minute bus transfer from the main terminal building. The transfer buses run regularly (and our return driver scheduled for driving to car parks 3 and 4 offerred to take us and others to car park 7 without any prompting). Great service and a great team at East Midlands. We were really pleased with the arrangements.

Unaware that I was supposed to activate my ticket upon return - no staff present but had to speak to them via intercom. Very helpful though.

I booked the long Stay Parking online in advance. Instructions were clear and easy to follow both upon arrival and departure from the car park. I would certainly choose Long Stay Parking again.

there are two similar car parking facilities in car park seven with identical parking bays and signs. this is very confusing when returning to pick up your car. better signs and instructio9ns are required. i would not use car park seven again given the choice.

Car parks a few minutes from the terminal building. Waited less than 5 minutes for transfer as we were leaving and coach was ready to take us back to our car in arrival back at East Midlands. Would definitely use again.

Online booking was easy and my ticket was quickly validated on return. The transfer to the terminal was within 10 minutes of arrival and I was fortunate enough to find that there was even a bus waiting, for my return trip to the car park. I liked the way that the on board information system told you which bus stop you were arriving at. In all it was a good experience

The car park surface needs some attention, but the transfer, service interaction and ease of parking was exceptional.

The car park consists of just that - there are no toilets or manned contact points. Having said that, it does what it says on the tin. Buses were regular and drivers were pleasant.

This is the 2nd time Ive parked at the airport each time using yourselves to book it with. The first time we were a lot nearer so i was a bit apprehensive about using carpark7 .The busses were regular and the drivers very friendly, we accidently left a window open when we parked and it was still there when we got back! I would not hesitate to use this again.

the parking was fine, the transfer on time and value for money overall. However, the kiosk is not well signed and the women we saw was extremely surly, telling me they supplied hundreds of these tickets a week and I would have to pay again!. I could not find my booking ref at the time, but she took my name and surely would have been able to find my details on the computer. I eventually found my booking papers and she grumpily validated the ticket. When we got to the barrier, however, we still could not exit and had to call for assistance. You don;t need it when you have just returned from your trip.

Directions to the aiport are easy to follow and once at the airport, it is clearly signed to the parking area. There were plenty of available spaces and a bus arrived almost immediately to take us to the airport. On return we were slightly unsure of how to validate our ticket but we soon found were we had to do it and he was very friendly and helpful. We only had a short wait for a bus to collect us and take us back to the car park.

The coach was waiting for us when we parked the car and actually followed us to our parking space to reduce the distance we had to carry our luggage. Transfer to the airport was no more than 5 minutes where we were dropped outside the departures check in. On return you do need you confirmation e-mail and ticket to be validated at the parking desk. The coach collected us within 5 minutes and again dropped us off close to our car. Excellent customer service, can't fault it!!

Whether we had just timed everything perfectly or not we do not know but we arrived, transfer coach was waiting, on we hopped, couple of minutes later was checking in at the check in desks. When we came back went straight to the customer services "hut" which verified our ticket, transfer coach pulled up just as we got there and again a couple of minues later we were loaded up and on our way home. Brilliant.

on arriving at the car park, our section was really easy to find. We got straight on to a coach that was waiting to transport us to the airport and vice versa on the way back.the staff are really friendly which you dont exepct at 2am.The process of booking was really easy and would recommend this anyone planning a trip. The fees are very reasonable and work a lot cheaper than taxis' the carpark was very secure so we knew our vehicle would be safe whilst away.

I found parking at the airport very simple was slightly worried as this was my first time but will use this facility again with confidence and no worries what so ever as everything went so smoothly

Even with little by way of travellers at the time of collection early in the morning, (we were the only ones on the bus) the transfer was speedy and not as often experienced with the driver waiting a lengthy period against the possibility of others ariving. All in all an efficient operation. One minor point - when car park 6 or 7 at East MIdlands is being used, it would be easier for directions to allow drivers to continue further down the main road rather than enter at the main entrance and have to negotiate a series of roundabouts etc. passing all the other car parks on the way. The return route is considerably more simple.

Though cp 7 is the furthest from the terminal the buses are frequent. If you have booked over the net, press the button on the intercom at the barrier, and you will be let into the carpark. Keep your booking ref and quote this at the customer service booth on your return. Saves hassle once you get back to the car. Happy holidays!

My flight was cancelled so I did not stay in the car park for the allotted time. Because I left a full 24 hours before my alloted departure time from the car park, I requested a refund on the cost of the parking but you refused. On the same day I succesfuly obtained a full refund from the flight operator and also from the Car Hire Company that I had intended to use that day in Dublin. Needless to say, I am not impressed!
