Check in was easy and my car was waiting on return. The staff were friendly so all in all a decent service, the basic service was good. I had decided to pay for a car wash, and leather seat feed while I was away so the car would be fresh on our return. They missed off the leather seat feed, and as yet have not followed up on my complaint. The on-site staff were apologetic, but not empowered to provide refunds or do other than take the complaint details. This is not acceptable.
Long stay car parks are cheaper and have transport to and from.long walk with baggage trolley over poor paths and no cover from inclement weather.Car was parked away from the office again at the mercy of the weather.
We found it was only a short walk into the airport. On our departure date the way to the airport was through a hole in a fence and the path was uneven. On our return these problems had been solved. All in all, it was a satisfactory arrangement. Would use again
the parking was easy to find (in spite of works on the site). checking in the car was quick and easy, then it was just a short walk to the terminal to check in. All was well when we returned, and we were on the road home from the airport within a few minutes of arriving back at the car park.
We have used this parking company before and never had any problems at all, there location is great and the price is fair. We cannot comment on transfers because we always walk to the terminal being that it is literally just a couple of minutes away. We will be using this company again. Dave Reynolds.
Really helpful staff and I felt confident that my car would looked after as it was. Easy check in and easy pick up and a short walk to the departures terminal. Happy to recommend.
Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff. A little further from departures than expected and a lot futher from arrivals. A constructive suggestion...we were given the keys to a frozen car at midnight...access to hot water or de-icer would have been helpful.
I would use the service again but had a concern in that whilst we managed to dodge the rain had we had to walk through to the terminal the 4 minutes were sufficient for us to get soaked. It would not have been a good start to the holiday.
I was most impressed by the professional and courteous manner of the staff at this facility. Other car parks I have visited tend to employ the obligatory "jobs worth" who thinks it's his God given right to be as rude as possible to you. Another bonus was that the car was immediately available for collection when I arrived back into the UK.
Staff really helpful and welcoming...even at 2am in the morning!! It's how customer services should be...as if you mean it!!..So to speak. Definitely use the service again...thank you.
I parked in the car park with the Prestige building behind it and found on return that this was wrong. Neither firm would be flexible so I paid £50 to Prestige and £45 to the other one. I know it's in the small print, but in the dark and the rain we could not find Prestige. You should issue a plan of the airport and put the warning in normal or large print. I would like a refund, please.
I found the staff very helpful in directing me to the airport from the parking area. They actually took us to the airport in my car as it was raining very heavily on arrival, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be looking for further flight from EMA and will be using Prestige again
I felt that the facilities and service offered met my expectations, I very nearly drove into the wrong car park as directions were slightly vague after making the last turn and I almost drove into the first car park gate until I saw the parking sign further round.
I read some reviews before I went so I noted my mileage and checked it when I got back ithadn't changed. Where I left the car it had been move a 100 yards and parked correctly. The place was easy to get to I could see the signage for the place from afar and I ge tlost everywhere normally. we only parked there didn't have avalet so could not comment. They do need sign posts back to the airport departures. However they did explain but Ididn't get it but a person come back to pick their car up explained as they also had the same issue. Overall it's so close to the departures and the experience was quick and easy and the staff were pleasant enough.
Not as close as I expected and being a widowed mother of 2 young children and arriving home early hours of the morning wanted to feel safe. When it was worded as opposite the terminal that was what I expected but it was still a trek round to the back very late at night, which was quite scary eventhough reasonably well lit, in a desolate part of the airport. Also had car wash added on to the price which was not done that well at all and I thought the inside was included but ti wasn't. I found it an expensive way of doing things and will not be doing it again
We booked the night efore, so it wasnt on their system, and he staff made it more difficult by refusing to believe s then arguing! Finally they agreed and we ran the very short distance to catch our plane!! Just make sure you take your booking paper and be firm!!
my vehicle was not in the car park it was left in the area next to prestige parking,and was at the end of the road in a small area back of the office for prestige parking.I was not aware it had not been put into the car park until the attendant had informed me it had been left there whilst i was away.I hope there will not be a repeat of this service if i use it in the near future as i felt it was not secure enough ?.
I needed on-site parking with a walk to the terminal to avoid the delays that coach transfers can throw up. In the past I've used the mid-term parking at East Midlands (no more than £10/day)for short trips. As there was no availability in the mid-term area I pre-booked with Prestige. On arrival the drop-off area was very congested and it took 10 minutes to register and hand over my keys. The walk to the terminal was hazardous as cars were still arriving at Prestige. The the route in and out of Prestige is used by both pedestrians and cars and is very narrow. On my return to the airport I found that my car had been blocked in and it took 10 minutes for Prestige staff to locate the keys to the vehicle blocking my car in. If you require a park and go solution the mid-term parking is BY FAR the best option - cheaper, quicker and safer!!
There were no obvious signs to find the car park.it was impossible to see any way in to an overcrowded parking area. the office was a portacabin which was not visible or easily accessable.The walk to the terminal was via a road with no path. Altogether unsatisfactory.
Nice staff - very friendly and efficient - car was ready to be collected from the front of the site. Couldn't say much else about security and site layout as it was dark when I arrived and departed. Only problem I found was with walking to and from the airport buildings - the route was poorly lit and signed and there was no continuous pavement for pedestrians to follow! JM
