NCP Scotpark offers 24-hour, on-demand transfers in new buses, which are equipped for customers in wheelchairs. Their site is fully secure and staffed round-the-clock. 1 min transfers to terminal that run every 10 minutes

Arrival Procedure
Take a ticket at the entrance barrier and park, making a note of zone and nearest bus stop. Take a free transfer to Edinburgh Airport.

Departure Procedure
At Edinburgh arrivals terminal follow signs for "Buses". Courtesy coaches are located in front of the terminal at the Airport Car Rental and Car Parks stop at Stance 11. Between 10pm and 6am, please use courtesy phone by bus stop or call 0870 8500231. Once at the car park present your entry ticket and booking confirmation at the customer services office located at exit.

Transfers to Edinburgh Airport
Courtesy bus service, runs 24 hours a day on demand. Edinburgh NCP Scotpark is a short 1 minute transfer time from Edinburgh Airport.

Disabled Facilities
Brand new buses are fully equipped to carry customers in wheelchairs. On arrival please park in a disabled space

Security at NCP Scotpark
NCP Scotpark is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. CCTV in operation.

Additional Services at NCP Scotpark
Motorist assistance and free jump start service available from customer services office.

Miss Waters, 03 Dec 07 It was so easy and hassle free,I just dont know why I paid £50.00 for a taxi to and from the airport as I did before, this time I spent it in the duty free. Also the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using NCP Scotpark to anyone using the airport.

Mr Conway, 21 Nov 07 Very quick transfer to airport just minutes away, and in peak period more than one bus is operated and they are large buses with luggage storage. On return a free phone service is offered or as in our case there was a bus already waiting at the bus stand. The drop off point and collection point are under a closed walk way so if there is a short wait at least it is under cover and the bus always stops and leaves from the same stand which is in a secure parking bay at the airport. There are numerous drop off points in the car park so you are never too far away from the car. On one occasion we had a flat battery and the staff were only too pleased to help and got us on our way.
Pros: Car safe and secure and unlike some parks customer keeps their keys, so car is always where it was left and no fear of the keys going missing or the car being mis-used.

Mr Young, 16 Nov 07 Parked the car and straight on the bus, although disappointed with the bus driver we had that day he didnt speak or SMILE once! Could have offered a little bit help but didnt with getting the cases onto bus given that we had 3 suitcases a small baby and a buggy to contend with! Hoping its not the same person next time!

Mrs Wilson, 16 Nov 06 Great except poor signage on leaving - very dark and sign said to go to "Yellow Car Park"! Drove around for a while and eventually followed someone else who seemed to know where they were going! Otherwise excellent.
Pros: Value, transfer,
Cons: Poor lighting and signage on leaving car park at night.

Mr Bradshaw, 02 Nov 06 The site is near the airport - great pick up speed. Could do with another door - perhaps on the side to cater for those near the end of the queue but with lots of baggage. I had a broken shoulder (healing) but we could have done with some help. When we get picked up by the car rental companies in LA the drivers help put the baggage on the bus (women drivers as well). Otherwise, excellent.
Pros: Was available quickly.
Cons: Little space on the bus - we were last on and had much baggage.

Mrs Pickering, 31 Oct 06 The staff that was on on the day of our return were excellent and very helpful. The only thing that was more of an inconveniance was the time that we had to wait for the like bus, but the driver was very helpful. Over all this was great value for money and a good experience.
Pros: Very easy to find, excellent staff, great value for money.
Cons: We waited quite a while for the link bus on arrival back in the UK.

Mr Glen, 25 Oct 06 Car park was different from the ones we have used in the past. The others parked your car for you but this one you did it all yourself therefore you had to remember where the car was on your return. The buses dropped us off and collected us at the designated drop/pick up points.
Pros: Easy to locate and use.
Cons: Remembering where you parked the car.

Mr Jarvie, 18 Oct 06 We parked on a very misty morning and left side lights on draining the battery..however, excellent co-operation from the attendant ensured a speedy jump start from their vehicle assistance person.
Pros: Value for money.
Cons: The signposting could be improved...you're not really sure you've arrived in Scotpark!

Mr Forbes, 30 Aug 06 Parking on arrival was ok, but the return was a shambles. On arriving at Stance 11, which is a good 10 min trail from arrivals, we were met by a surly bus driver who didn't speak or help with the luggage and swished the bus round the roundabout so that the luggage fell off the racks. When we arrived at the car parking the bus stopped. We got off only to realise there are two stops; so with the bus gone we had to trail to the next stop, which took a good 15 mins lugging our luggage. On arrival there I said to the girl in charge it would have been nice to be told by the bus driver that there were two stops, but he never said a word and she said sorry but looked as if she couldn't wait to get back to the book she was reading. So all in all we won't be in a hurry to use them again.

Mr Cole, 04 Aug 06 Signage is poor - there are NCP signs at at least two roundabout exits. I lost my exit card en route to my car - careless I know, but staff could have made less of a fuss of sorting this out.
Pros: Price; ease of booking.

Mrs Gall, 14 Jul 06 Could not find Scotpark carpark from directions given. Eventually phoned and was told that there was no sign at the car park and that the NCP carpark we were beside was the correct one. We only found out when we boarded a coach back that it was not the Scotpark one we were parked in - returned to the terminal to get the coach to the actual carpark we were parked in. Had to explain it all but fortunately they still validated our ticket.
Pros: Good value, frequent coaches and close to air terminal.
Cons: Lack of sign posting.

Mrs Short, 02 Feb 06 Didn't take long to transfer to airport, clean bus, helpful driver, will use same company in the future.
Pros: Near airport & quick transfer to & from airport.
Cons: Could have been better signposted.

Pros: Easy access and very handy for airport.

Mr Renton, 06 Jan 06 I am disabled, and the disabled parking was 20 feet from the bus. I will use this service every time I fly from Edinburgh Airport.
Pros: Great service.

Mr Prior, 21 Nov 05 The whole experience of using NCP Scotpark was very good. Ample parking spaces, good service and, most importantly, the coach arrived promptly to collect us for the return to the car park even though it was 11pm.
Pros: Near to the airport and prompt transfers.
