Arrival Procedure
Park in one of the bays outside Park & Fly reception and check-in. You will be required to hand in your car keys.
Departure Procedure
Call the Edinburgh Park & Fly number given to you at check-in to arrange a free return transfer. Your car will be returned to reception, ready to drive away.
Transfer information
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, by request, and take approximately 10 minutes.
Disabled Facilities
Staff are happy to assist customers with the loading and unloading of luggage. A disabled toilet is available and wheelchairs can be transferred on the buses when folded. Park and Fly will transfer customers to the airport and back in their own vehicle at a cost of £7.50 each way. 10 disabled spaces are available at the car park. Alternately, a Meet and Greet service in customers cars is available.

Insurance Details
Park and Fly provide comprehensive insurance cover against vehicle damage as a result of negligence while your car is in their care, except for loose items and mechanical or electrical failure.
Vehicle restrictions
There are no height restrictions, but if a vehicle is over 8 feet long then you must pay for 2 spaces.

Directions to Park And Fly
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park.
From Glasgow:
- Follow airport signs onto the M8/M9 roundabout at Newbridge.
- Take the first left, past McDonald's (B7030).
- Take the first left again after the petrol station, then the first right at Yes Car Credit.
- The Edinburgh Park and Fly car park is approximately 100 yards ahead.
From Forth Bridge/Stirling:
- Take the A8000 to M8/M9 roundabout at Newbridge.
- Take the third exit, next to McDonald's (B7030).
- Take the first left at the petrol station, then the first right.
- The car park is approximately 100 yards ahead.
From Edinburgh:
- Leave Edinburgh on the A8 and pass the airport on your right.
- Continue to Newbridge Roundabout.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit (B7030) and turn immediately left after the petrol station.
- Take the first right and the car park is approximately 100 yards ahead.
From all directions, follow signs for Adventure Centre Ratho until you see the car park.

20 August, 2008I was very pleased with the service. Infact I forgot to take my car seat out and only realised when we arrived at the airport. The driver very kindly drove back to my car and returned the car seat to me at the airport. I would use and highly recomend your service to all my friends and family. The return journey back to my car from the airport was very speedy with no delays excellent!

06 August, 2008When we picked up the car, we noticed that someone must have driven our car for about 60 miles. I assume that the car was parked somewhere else. One has to consider the additional costs for the petrol as well as potential damages that might occur (but did not in our case) when the car is moved over larger distances.

04 August, 2008Had little problem finding the place although I think a detailed map would help many others. Minimum fuss dropping off / picking up car. Didn't have to wait too long for transfer to / from airport.

11 July, 2008This was my first time using Park and Fly and I cannot find any fault with the facility. We were transferred swiftly from the park to the airport and it took only slightly longer from the airport to the car park on our return. I would use the park again.

03 July, 2008although company offer a good service and transfer service, i was disappionted to say the least that upon pick up of my car founf it had been hit by another user. i feel this may have been avoided if cars were not parked at the exit route and drop off/pick up point for bus added to that lack of lighting for manouvers. no office personnel approched me at the time only the driver who hit me to exchange details.

19 June, 2008We found the site with no trouble, coach was ready and waiting transfer to airport was quick dropof point at door. On return by the time we collected our luggage and exited the airport coach was waiting, driver friendly and helpful.
