Secure Airparks for Edinburgh Airport

        First time we have used this type of service for several years. We found the whole experience simple and quick. We were concerned as we were travelling with young children but the drop off and pick up were fine.

        My family were happy with the Secure Airpark. We had a bad experience with another airpark last year, when we had to queue for some time before getting a transfer back to where the car was parked, so we were happy when everything ran much more smoothly this time. Thanks.

        We have just had our first experience of booking with Airparks. We were extremely happy with the efficient service provided by staff. When we returned from holiday the last thing we wanted to do was wait on a bus as the weather was deplorable. However, when we went to the stop, the bus was already there and took us promptly to our car. We would definitely use this car parking service again.

        You seem o be trying hard with customer care and in my view are succeeding. A nice touch was driving the bus to the car which saved us geting soaked in the heavy rain. watch with some new cars which have automatic locking after a minute which could leave keys in a locked car - I forgot but thankfully my wife remembered before car was locked.

        Could not have been simpler. Leave the car at 'the check in', get on the bus to the airport, call when you return, board the bus and be taken right to your car! What could be simpler?

        Our outward journey the service could have been better. On our return after an overnight flight the driver was cherry, helped with our luggage and took us straight to our car.

        I was very impressed at the value for money this service offers. On arriving initially there is no going to an office to find out where you are to park...you park in an arrivee's spot on entering the carpark, you post your car key in the box at the front of the car and they move it for you! The shuttle bus was very prompt and the driver extremely helpful with everyone's luggage. On returning to the UK the shuttle bus was again prompt, the driver again very helpful and on returning to the carpark, there was our car back in the parking bays right at the entrance. But not only that, the driver dropped people off at their cars, handed them their car keys and helped us off once again with our luggage! I didn't know service like that existed in our country anymore without paying 5-star prices! That's the kind of experience you want when travelling with young children; no queues, no fuss; just absolute convenience. Thankyou very much!!

        overall a very good long stay car parking facility indeed. i have recommended the car park to friends who are due to go on holiday.

        quick, punctual, convient. There in minutes to rescue me from the pouring rain, friendly, but driver could be a little more helpful with luggage when returning back.Driver going was very helpful.Overall good experience.
