Upon your return, please call the car park using the Flying Scot courtesy phones inside the terminal building. Collection is from stand 8, and the bus will return you to the car park.
Transfers are provided free of charge and run on demand, 24 hours a day.

The car park cannot be held responsible for any damage to vehicles unless it is requested that a check is made by a member of staff upon your arrival. I found the service and facilities very good. I was impressed with the transfers from airport to car park and the car waiting instead of us having to try and find the same in the dark. I will use the service again.
as i did not use your parking on 16/08/200 due to my wife having an opp.. on her eye as i had to cancel holiday as she cannot fligh due to opp thank you
All staff very friendly apart for the gentleman who picked us up from our return journey. Thought he was a rally driver and seemed to be in a hurry.
It was a bit chaotic when we arrived as there didn't seem to be any specified area to park the car when booking in. I think I may have parked in the car rental company area by accident. However it turned out that a customer had parked his car and had jumped on the bus without checking in or leaving his keys so the problem wasn't really the staff's fault. On our return at 05.30 I telephoned from the airport as instructed and the bus was waiting for us at the arranged pick-up. The car was parked at the check-in office ready to go and we were underway within minutes. I would definitely use again as it was good value for money, the service was good (apart from the hicup) and the car park really is only minutes from the airport.
Very close to the airport, right off the main roundabout - no driving round a lot of industrial estates.
The transfers to and from the airport were hassle free and the service and staff were very friendly. Would use them again.
Staff were very helpful and courteous. The coach was called and arrived within a couple of minutes, both when departing and arriving. Would not hesitate to recommend this service to any of my friends.
Staff helpful and friendly. Couldn't really comment on parking surface or lighting of car park as I just parked the car and it was taken away. Transfers arrived quickly.
The staff were very helpful, the transfer was only two minutes, and even though we didn't land til 3am the return pick up was there within a few minutes of phoning. all in all a very good service.

My wife and I travel quite a few times in the year for holidays and also visiting reletives in wales and always travel from Edinburgh if available. We only had to wait 2 minutes for the bus to arrive on owr outward journey and the bus was already there at the stop on our return. We have had to wait up to half an hour with other firms when all we want to do is get home on out return especially if it is a late flight. Keep up the good work Will definitely use again
Low Cost Parking at Edinburgh Airport should be avoided at all costs. When we arrived back at site to collect our car they didn't know where it was parked!!! It took 2 members of staff 30 mins to find it!! They don't have marked parking bays - the guy even asked me what make my car was!! Your car will be crammed in beside others on a gravel open area and it's pot luck how quickly you get it back. Customer Service staff at Low Cost gave the poor excuse that it was the busy season and delayed and early flights had landed at the same time. Granted this was in July but at 1am on a Sunday with 4 members of staff doing nothing!!! was a bit hard to believe. There are several parking companies out there - choose wisely!!
went well apart from telephone no on card to get in touch when i returned was wrong no. apart from that all was fine.
Good fast drop off and pick up service. The collection section where cars await pick up would be better if it was tar and not stones because it was difficult to get my buggy, child and case to my car.
Very good value. Cars were parked alarmingly close and some tow bars were touching cars behind. We were not convinced our car would be in one piece on our return (but it was) A long way to the bus stop but mostly covered walkway. not so good for elderly.
The car park was easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and efficient. The only concern I would have is that if there had been heavy rain there was very little covered space to wait under
We were taken to the airport promptly after we checked in the car. Had to wait about 10 minutes at the bus stop for the return journey to pick up the car. Car park was easy to find, instructions were good.
No problems with the car park or the people, a fast and efficient and cheerful service. The only warning I'd give is that, as the surface of the car pickup area on return is gravel, best not to be wearing flipflops when you get off the shuttle! Other than that, a great service and great value for money - especially compared to most of the competition!
When we arrived early morning it was very heavy rain as there was no room for 6 of us in the waiting area some of us chose to wait in the car . More cars arrived before the bus appeared and were just alllowed to go on the bus before us and our party had to be split in two. At the time I felt that staff should have asked later arrivals to wait for the return of the bus and kept us together.
