When you are approximately 20 minutes from the terminal, call Fly Parks on the number provided in your confirmation email to re-confirm your arrival time. Drive to the airport and you will be met at the Short Stay Car Park by a Fly Parks representative. Please pass the ticket issued at the entrance of the car park back to the Fly Parks driver, as they will need this to exit with your vehicle.
Your vehicle is returned to you at the Short Stay car park, just 20 metres from the terminal entrance.
No transfers are required, as you drop off and pick up your vehicle just 20 metres from the terminal entrance.
Fly Parks cannot drive vehicles that have been specially-adapted for disabled drivers.
All cars parked or stored with Fly Parks Ltd will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Fly Parks. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Fly Park's specialist road risk insurance. Fly Parks accept no liability for non-starting vehicles in the event that the vehicle exhausts its fuel supply. Fly Park will supply 4.55 litres of the correct type and grade of fuel at a charge of 10.00 pounds. Fly Parks accept no liability for mechanical failure of the vehicle.
No mobile homes, vans, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted.
Fly Parks cannot drive vehicles that have been specially-adapted for disabled drivers.
The car park is closed on Christmas Day.

Overall, I was very pleased, with the service provided However, travellling from a small airport such as Exeter I would have considered that the charges would have been less.
Cheaper than leaving the car in one of the long term car parks at Exeter. More efficient too as I didn't have to hang about in the rain without shelter waiting for the shuttle bus as I did on the previous occasion when I had the misfortune to park in Car Park 4 - which is a long way from the terminal. I was a little sceptical as this was the first time I'd used the service and I had an expensive sports car so I made a note of the mileage and had a good look round the car when it was returned. I need not have worried. Remarkable efficiency - no sooner had I arrived in the Car Park than the driver was there to collect the car and the same on the return. Phoned as instructed from baggage collection and car was in Car Park by the time I reached it. Very re-assuring to know that something works efficiently in this country!
Thank you to your staff at Exeter, they were fantastic. No hassle parking, we were met shortly after we arrived and on the return journey, I called the number having collected the luggage and the car was already on the short stay carpark when we went outside. Your staff were friendly and helpful. I will certainly use your service again.

Very friendly helpful car park staff only too willing to help with luggage as we were two ladies this was really helpful as the luggage was pretty heavy.Punctuality of the drivers was second to none. Thank you will use you next time we fly from Exeter.
This is a great service and as my car is quite old, sometimes doesn't start in damp weather, so it was an absolute relief to see it outside, prompt at the the end of my flight at Exeter. Sure I saved over a tenner on normal long stay parking. which is a bonus. Recommended.
Perfect service, driver greeted us on arrival, extremely courteous. Car waiting for us on our return. The next time we fly from Exeter we will definitely use this service. Can't praise it highly enough.
Overall, a good experience. Representative was there to meet us at car park entrance at early hours of morning, and car was returned to us promptly after landing. Good value for money.
The entire service was absolutely brilliant - the best airport parking we have ever used.
