The car park was easy to find and as it was smaller it made locating your car much easier. The coach transfer both departing and returning were helpful and efficient. Great overall value for money.

did not like having to go and valuate my ticket after a long flight only to miss the bus and wait a further 10 minutes for the next one

The hut was a little bit difficult to find when I wanted to redeem the voucher for the ticket and the pick up point at the airport terminal was not very clear (we were standing at the local bus stop instead of the transfer bus stop apparently).

Everything did go smoothly. However, it may be useful for other travellers to stress the importance of having their booking reference number to hand when they drop off and collect their car. I noticed several people did not have it to hand and thought their name and car registration number would be sufficient.

Excellent in nearly all respects, but we parked about 200m from the entrance and were lucky to find an abandoned trolley to get back up to the bus. ALSO, the directions to the office (to pay on return) were a little confusing as the relevant car-park's number was not immediately visible and the office entrance doesn't face the car-park's pedestrian entrance.

The Exeter airport with upgraded facilities is amuch improved experience. Baggage reclaim must be the quickest in U.K.

It is not mentioned on the emailed receipt what the procedure is when you arrive at the airport, or when you leave. For example, when you arrive, which car park do you go to? When you leave, where do you pay? I walked to car park 4 and had to return to the cash desk in car park 2 to pay, and then return to car park 4 again. Why is there no signage en route to car park 4 informing you that payment should be made in car park 2 before you embark on the long walk? This should also be mentioned on the emailed receipt. There is absolutely no indication in the car park as to when the next bus was due, and in all my travels back and forth beween the car parks (on arrival as well as on departure), I never once saw a bus). Had it been raining, or had I been very short of time, I would have been very unhappy with these shortcomings!

A really great experience, when you arrive you press the intercom and the shuttle bus is there within five minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much. Coming home we lost our ref number, the staff couldn't have been more helpful with the problem being dealt with in minutes and at two o'clock in the morning this was no mean feat! All in all 10 out of ten.

Fine service - except after leaving luggage reclaim the departure point for the shuttle bus is not clearly marked. Due to the pick up restrictions now in force the pick up shelter is no longer in use - but there is no sign to say this. Some passengers were still waiting there as the bus drew away!

On arrival back to the airport, the car park staff were rude and unhelpful...I will not be using this service again!
