APH Gatwick Overview

Conveniently located off-airport next to the M23 motorway. Courtesy coaches operate to either airport terminal and take approx. 10 minutes. 10 min transfers to north terminal and 10 min transfers to south terminal that run every 15 minutes

Arrival Procedure
Report to reception, hand in your booking confirmation and car keys. Your car will be safely parked for you whilst you take the free transfer from the car park to your chosen airport terminal.

Departure Procedure
Full instructions for return procedure will be issued on arrival at APH car park.

Transfers to Gatwick Airport
Transfers operate 24 hours a day and run every 10-15 minutes. Transfers take around 10 minutes from APH Gatwick to both the North and South Terminals.

Insurance
APH indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on the part of its servants or agents.

Notes
There is a width restriction of 7ft and no motor homes or trailers permitted. Transfer coaches are unable to accommodate surfboards, windsurfing equipment, bikes or similar large items.

APH Gatwick Parking Directions

• From M25 and London
• Leave M25 at Junction 7 and join the M23 at Horley heading southbound for Gatwick
• Exit the M23 at junction 10
• At junction 10, take A264 signposted East Grinstead.
• Continue on the A264 over 2 roundabouts.
• 3/4 mile past 2nd roundabout turn right into a Shell petrol station.
• The entrance to APH Gatwick Parking is at the rear of the petrol station

Mr Cox, 12 Mar 08 Very efficient service, would use this facility again.

Mr Sachon, 27 Feb 08 Very convenient and great service. The only problem was we were going from the North Terminal and it took a while to get there as the bus stopped for a bit in the South terminal.
Pros: Professional, convenient and great value.
Cons: Transfer time.

Mrs Dunn, 26 Feb 08 Really pleased that you can drop your car off practically a few feet from the coach unlike some other car park services where you have to struggle to a bus stop. This service is fantastic for families. I have used APH Gatwick before and will certainly use them again. An all round pleasant experience from the staff to the coach driver.
Pros: Loads.

Mr Arnott, 25 Feb 08 Since we had left our main car key abroad and were using the temporary one, which set off the burglar alarm if not inserted in ignition within 12 seconds of opening door, APH managed extremely well to follow my instructions about this. They were very courteous.
Pros: Easy connections avoiding motorways, since we came from the Tunbridge Wells direction.
Cons: Longer connection between carpark and terminal than on-airport parking.

Mrs Venter, 02 Jan 08 Grumpy coach driver who had to be pleaded with to pack luggage into coach. Said that the luggage compartment was full although he only had 6 pieces of luggage packed in on one side and plenty of space to put more in.
Pros: Short transfer time.
Cons: Staff not very friendly.

Mr Grilo, 27 Dec 07 Very well organised. When I came back the coach was ready and waiting - big difference to having to wait for ages for the bus for the other airport long-stay car parks. Will definitely use again.
Pros: Price, service.
Cons: Location (about 20 mins with traffic)

Mrs Gibson, 27 Dec 07 An easy and convenient service with no problems on drop off or pick up, and I highly recommend it and will use again. A minor niggle, I saw my car driven off to be parked at some speed over speed bumps and wasn't impressed. Not convinced drivers parking the car take as much care as they should.
Pros: Very simple, hassle free service.
Cons: A concern with driver care when parking car.

Mr Cushing, 27 Dec 07 Easy to find, well signposted once inside the car park unlike others I have used. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Transfer takes a couple of minutes longer than some I have used, but the coach is in excellent condition. Best airport parking I have used.
Pros: Cheap and efficient.

Pros: Simple instructions, fast through put.
Cons: Distance from airport.

Miss Harris, 19 Dec 07 Every time I travel, I always book my car into a secure parking site. It's handy and can be cheap too. The only drawback is having to wait to be picked up and not really having a collection time from the collection point. But short of paying for a chaffeur then it's the next best thing.
Pros: Easy and safe.
Cons: Having to wait to be picked up.

Mr Poor, 07 Dec 07 I was pleasantly suprised with the speed of service. Staff were efficient and polite. Transfer to the terminal was fast and the driver very helpful. Pickup on return was equally fast. All in all highly recommended.
Pros: Fast transfer and pickup, secure parking.
Cons: Possible hold during peak traffic times.
