APH Gatwick Parking

Mr Baty, 06 Dec 07 Friendly staff, clear directions to get there (DO NOT listen to satnav!), transfer time not too bad, coach was there waiting when we got out of Gatwick, car was waiting when we got to APH, with no problems. Good service, will use again.
Pros: Cheap, friendly, no mileage or damage issues.

Miss Beaumont, 06 Dec 07 There were 7 of us travelling from Gatwick and it could not have been smoother. It was easy, cheap and as requested, we called on landing back in Gatwick and the coach was there waiting for us. I would definitely use this company again.

Mr Hussain, 06 Dec 07 Was very impressed with the services especially the coach driver who was very friendly, transfer was about 15 mins, had a longer wait on the way back... about 25mins. But generally the service is worth what you pay for, I did feel uncomfortable with leaving the car at the drop off point with the keys in as I have never done this before, but it was fine on my return, then again most of the car parks around Gatwick ask for the same so I would definitely be returning next time I park and fly.
Pros: Easy to get to and car is also parked for you!!
Cons: A little far out so give yourself enough time for the transfer.

Mr Tyler, 05 Dec 07 All as promised - efficient hand-over after pre-booking, and car waiting ready to go on return. Site staff and drivers all courteous, friendly and helpful. It's not the closest to the airport ever, but transfers weren't overlong. Very reasonably priced, and right next to a Shell garage - handy for filling up, snacks for the journey home, etc. Would definitely use again.
Pros: Friendly, efficient.
Cons: Not the closest to the airport ever.

Mr Huish, 04 Dec 07 Easy to find, quick and efficient booking in with clear to follow instructions for our return. Clean comfortable coaches, polite and helpful drivers, quick departure to drive home. No fuss, everything easy and will use again.

Mrs Botting, 03 Dec 07 We booked online and followed the directions to the site. After checking in, we only had a few minutes to wait till the coach departed for the airport and on the way back we phoned them from the baggage hall to say we had arrived back. There was a coach waiting to take us back to the car park and the keys were ready for us as soon as we arrived. No complaints whatsoever - we would have no hesitation in using APH again.
Pros: Good directions, secure site, pleasant staff.

Mr Horner, 03 Dec 07 A first class hassle free car park. Knowing my car is parked safely and securely, and constant, comfortable transport to and from the airport terminal is provided, ensures the beginning and the end of my holiday is stress free. I constantly recommend the services of APH to friends and family. They're the tops.
Pros: Too many to mention.

Mrs Foot, 02 Dec 07 Excellent and efficient service. Only criticism would be poor customer relations at check-IN desk (only) i.e. no smiling, poor eye contact, slightly abrupt manner -general lack of inter-personal skills.

Mrs Tyrrell, 24 Aug 07 Booking the car in and picking it up was easy and efficient, even though we forgot to phone on our arrival back at Gatwick. The desk staff were polite and efficient. The coach drivers were really helpful and very cheerful and we were able to get on a coach straightaway there and back. The car was fine and had no extra scratches or dents. Would definitely use again.

Mrs Dharmaratne, 24 Jul 07 Coach driver was willing to put the bag in and take out at the end of the trip; although I tried to help him, he did not really ask for help. Car was parked at the entrance when we returned. Very efficient service. Did not waste any time going to the airport or after returning and picking up the car. Thanks.

Mrs Peachment, 24 Jul 07 This is the first time I have used any car parking service, and was pleasantly suprised how easy it was from the initial booking right through to my picking my car up after my break away. In all, it takes so much hassle out of getting to the airport and keeps waiting time down to an extreme minimum.
Pros: Convenience, experienced staff, safe enviroment.

Mrs Bird, 22 Jul 07 We have now used APH about 6 times and their parking facilities are ideal for us, i.e. clockwise on the M25 to J6 and then the A22 to Felbridge. It has always been very easy to drop the car off, register at the office and then jump on the coach for the 10 min journey to Gatwick. We never seem to wait unduly on our return and by calling APH when we land, the car has always been ready for a speedy exit. Wouldn't use anywhere else when flying from Gatwick.

Miss Welsh, 21 Jul 07 Although further away than others offering the same service, this company were very pleasant to deal with and the journey stress free. The great price more than makes up for the small distance to travel.
Pros: Competitive price.
Cons: Slightly longer journey to terminal than other car parks offering service.

Mr Dampier, 21 Jul 07 Very useful, as there was restricted access to Gatwick following an incident at Glasgow Airport. This caused considerable traffic congestion near the airport. The bus driver was able to get to the airport via an alternative route ensuring we arrived on time. Would definitely use again.

Mr Wiltshire, 20 Jul 07 Left my travel documents in the car, so had to return to car park. Staff were very helpful in ensuring I was on my way without having to panic. Will certainly use it again and recommend it to others (provided it remains as competitive). Booked on price, but service was priceless.
Pros: Great! No problems whatsoever. Very helpful staff, excellent customer service.
