Airparks Meet and greet Overview

Meet & Greet Option Arrive at the Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Car storage facilities: off-airport secure award suitable

Arrival Procedure
SOUTH Terminal - Follow the signs for Flight Arrivals taking you to the Lower Forecourt area. You will be met at the "car set down area" as signposted.

NORTH Terminal - Follow the signs for Flight Departures taking you to the Upper Forecourt area. You will be met at the "cars only" lane as signposted.

The driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned, in which case he can be paged and will wait longer

Departure Procedure
You will have been given instructions when you met the driver on departure. If you lose these instructions after your departure call Freephone 0800 281 701 when you are ready leave the terminal and ask for instructions of where to meet the driver.

Disabled Facilities
Access for the disabled is easy and baby changing facilities are also available.

Security at Airparks Meet and greet
Gatwick Airparks off-airport car park holds the Park Mark ® Safer Parking Award with 24hr security checks by guards and dogs, full security barriers and CCTV in operation. What is the Park Mark award?

Insurance
Professional drivers are fully insured to drive your car.

Notes
Airparks are unable to accept motorbikes or trailers. The Meet and Greet service is not available to any vehicles that are used under a Hackney Carrage or Private Hire license. Changing your Travel Plans
PRIOR TO DAY OF TRAVEL - It is essential that you phone or fax with any changes to your travel plans so that the driver will be there to meet you. Contact details are included on email confirmation.

Bob Hazell, 02 Jan 08 Having had a bad experience in the past with a different company, this was brilliant! The driver was waiting for us, even though we were early, and was polite, efficient, and well dressed. Bags out and we were away! Coming back, as we walked to the collection area towards midnight, the car arrived, absolutely perfect timing. We will use this company again.
Pros: Car Parking made easy, with a company who are efficient and we trust.
Cons: You have to pay slightly more, but what a service.

Mr Garwood, 18 May 07 The service I received at Gatwick airport from BCP Meet and Greet was excellent. Booking was easy and both the meet on departure and greet on return was very impressive. I will continue to use the service when leaving from any airport where this system is available. Thank you.
Pros: Takes the hassle out of car parking and is one less stress item.

Mrs Evans, 19 Apr 07 From booking online to being met on return, the whole experience was easy and quick. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Gatwick a few minutes early and on the way home the car was returned 10 minutes after we had phoned, as we had been told.
Pros: The whole experience was easy and we had no problems.

Mr Brand, 12 Apr 07 Drop off was perfect. Pick up was also excellent, we waited slightly longer than ten minutes. We could have paid less and gone with some of the smaller operators, but didn't like the negative feedback from others saying that some of them were very late returning vehicles. Would use BCP again.
Pros: Nice not to have to do the car park transfers.

Mr Waye, 20 Feb 07 Thought they were very fast to pick up the car and to deliver it back to us on the return journey. It would help at Gatwick if there was a designated place to stop though when dropping the car off in case you are late or it is after hours and there is not someone there to meet you immediately. The parking warden was quick to chase us away and we had to drive around in circles a few times.

Mr Beckett, 21 Dec 06 With two young children arriving at the airport at 5:00am and on the return at nearly midnight the convenience of this service is a must. It costs barely any more than parking the car yourself and getting buses to the terminal. Then on return rather than waiting for the bus to take you to your car the car is delivered straight to you at the terminal. I will use this service whenever I travel with my family. Fantastic.........
Pros: So easy to use, and reliable.

Mr Frost, 11 Dec 06 Simply a very good service, On the day of travel there was an accident on the Motorway and we were delayed, as you can imagine we were quite stressed. However when we phoned BCP Meet and greet parking they were very relaxed and re-assured us that it would not be a problem. Arriving late at the airport we met the attendant who completed the hand over very quickly. on return we were again delayed but again our car was quickly delivered to us when we came out, no fuss no drama, just a good solid service. And yes we will use the company again.

Mrs Annable, 09 Oct 06 As we were travelling with a baby we decided to use meet and great to make our lives a little easier. We will never use anything else again. Fantastic service - plus the daily paper left on the car seat on return was a lovely thought.
Pros: Car picked up opposite terminal.

Mr Gallon, 09 Aug 06 A very good service; the driver was at Gatwick South and we were at North but a quick call and he was there in 15 mins. Had last minute changes due to flight cancellation, landed south instead of north, another quick call and it was dealt with very efficiently.
Pros: No hassle.

Mr Springthorpe, 16 Mar 06 Pros: Better than having to take a bus to the long stay car park. Easy to book.
Cons: The last few times we have used this service we have still been waiting around in the cold with two tired children waiting for our car.

Dave Ruff, 17 Feb 06 A superb Meet'n Greet service, the best one that I have used so far. BCP were smack on time, smart, polite and very efficient; both during collection and return of my car. Slightly more expensive than the cheapest, but their punctuality, efficiency and politeness are way above the competition; well worth paying a little extra for such a premier service. Having used BCP, I will not consider any others, in future !!
Pros: Convenience; Ease of booking; Simple meeting arrangements.

Miss Anatol, 05 Jan 06 This was my first experience of using an Airport car park service. Definitely value for money. The drivers were very punctual at both ends of our holiday. I would definitely use BCP again and we were very impressed.
Pros: Using BCP Meet and greet definitely took the stress out of our travel experience.
