Gatwick Airparks (formerly BCP Gatwick) operates 'off-airport' and is located on the airport perimeter road. Transfers to either terminal and holds the Park Mark ® Safer Parking Award. 10 min transfers to north terminal and 10 min transfers to south terminal that run on demand

Arrival Procedure
Drive through the barrier, park in the yellow hatched area on your left as signposted. Check-in with Airparks Reception. Please allow 30 minutes for check-in and transfers to the airport.

Departure Procedure
Call 01293 594670 quoting your departure terminal, name and car details. For South Terminal departures head for Bus Stop 12 / 'off-airport courtesy coaches. You will then be transferred from the Airparks bus stop direct to the car park where you can pick up your car.

Transfers to Gatwick Airport
A fleet of the latest comfortable, radio controlled buses are on hand day and night to transfer you from Airparks to either Gatwick terminal. Both North and South terminals are about 10 minutes transfer time.

Disabled Facilities
Access for the disabled is easy and baby changing facilities are also available.

Gatwick Airparks off-airport car park holds the Park Mark ® Safer Parking Award with 24hr security checks by guards and dogs, full security barriers and CCTV in operation. What is the Park Mark award?

Airparks/BCP Gatwick Parking Directions

Leave the M23 at J9
• At the 1st roundabout with traffic lights take the 2nd exit towards Gatwick Airport
• At the next roundabout go straight over following signs to the North terminal.
• At the next roundabout take 4th exit signposted A23 Redhill and Crawley
• Joining the A23 northbound, get into the right hand lane and at the roundabout go right round and take the exit signposted A23 Crawley
• Stay on the A23 southbound and at the 1st roundabout go straight over
• At next roundabout take 2nd exit for Lowfield Heath / Charlwood
• Follow road 200 yards down to mini roundabout and turn left into Charlwood Road
• Gatwick Airparks is 1.5 miles down on the right hand side
Leave M23 at J10
• Take the 3rd exit signposted Crawley A2011 (Crawley avenue)
• At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted A2011 Horsham
• At the next roundabout with traffic lights take the 4th exit signposted Redhill/Gatwick A23 northbound
• Stay on the A23 northbound. At the next roundabout go straight over following signs for Gatwick
• At the next roundabout take the 1st exit for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood. Go 200 yards to mini roundabout then turn left into Charlwood road
• Gatwick Airpark is 1.5 miles ahead on right side

Mr Howard, 28 Mar 08 Extremely good value for money. When I collected my car at 0300hrs in the snow I was told my car was in Row M, which, at that time of day and in poor light was not easy to find. Other than that I am pleased with the service. I have already booked with this organisation again - online via Simply Parking. I needed to alter my booking and was really impressed with the person who took my call, both in response and dealing with the query. Well recommended.
Cons: Coach drivers seem to take their time.

Mrs Johnstone, 27 Mar 08 I can only say that booking and parking is very simple and efficient and peace of mind, and you don't have to remember where you left the car as they bring it back for you.
Pros: Easy booking, just park and leave the car to them to park away and bring back when you come home.
Cons: Standing in the cold after you have come back from a warm place waiting fir the coach, but that's just one of those things.

Mrs Jaffray, 26 Mar 08 Excellent service both on arrival and departure. Always seemed very organised and staff friendly and professional even late at night. The directions given to follow did not correlate with the number of roundabouts from the direction we travelled in We were lucky as we had used the company before but others found it difficult to find and one couple told us they nearly gave up and parked on the airport.

Mrs Morgan, 26 Mar 08 Have used BCP for many years and was the best. Now the worst! Expected to lift your luggage onto a crowded bus and then unless you are the first passengers on lift it 5 feet in the air onto the luggage rack. The bus was overcrowded. there were no seats and people had to stand in the gangway with their cases. I dread to think what would have happened had there been an accident. We are both pensioners and find it impossible to lift luggage that high as apparently did many people. On our particular bus there was the driver and 3 other staff memebers all chatting in the gangway and were very reluctant to move even to allow us onto the bus let alone help any of the passengers. We shall definately not use this transfer again!
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Worst ever transfer.

Mr Bennett, 25 Mar 08 Around the lift area the signs were not clear as to where the bus pickup point was, time was wasted here upon returning but evrything else was 100%, many thanks.
Pros: Excellent service was provided by their Gatwick staff.
Cons: More signage required for directions for bus pickup upon returning.

Mr Mcevilly, 24 Aug 07 The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, very efficient and extremely easy to use. The drop-off office was directly in front of the entrance and the collection was very quick and troublefree. Their instructions for use were easy to follow and their directions from the motorway were accurate and very clear. The coach on the way there was new and spacious, but the bus on the way back was old and a little crowded as the luggage compartment was on the bus. However this was not much of a problem as the journey to Gatwick airport was very short. Overall extremely pleased with company and would definitely recommend them.
Pros: Trouble free.
Cons: Pick up bus a little old and crowded.

Mr Brittain, 27 Jun 07 On exiting from airport there are no signs directing you to a BCP transfer bus and no noticeable signs of where the buses stop. The first and obvious signs you see are to "long term car parks", so one assumes that to mean all car parks as there are no more visible signs. So we consequently got on the wrong bus. On returning to the airport we could make no human contact with BCP. Only a answerphone or a telephone at bus stop which said "sorry our offices are closed" please call between 9am-5pm. Not impressed!!
Pros: Polite, secure, good service.
Cons: Transfer from airport poor.

Mrs Bowen, 27 Jun 07 We have already used them twice this year and will use them again. Easy, direct instructions on how to find the place, no hassle when we arrive. Coaches ready for airport transfer when we arrive. Comfortable coaches and help with the luggage.
Pros: Easy to get to. Comfy coaches.

Mr Khan, 08 Mar 07 Reception staff need to be more friendly and approachable. They also need to give clear instructions. The lady who served me did not tell me where to leave my keys. She looked very distracted. However, the coach drivers were very nice and helpful.
Pros: Cheapest parking.
Cons: Too far from airport.

Mr Minett, 07 Mar 07 I have no complaints about their service. The coaches were frequent and clean and my car was in the same condition as I left it. Will definitely use BCP again when flying from Gatwick.

Miss Joyce, 07 Mar 07 It seems the back door lock has been tampered with to open it. Sometimes the back door lock gets jammed. Whilst at the car park the back lock has certainly been forced open. This is rather worrying, as there shouldn't be a need to get into the back of the car to know whether or not the lock jams in the first place; let alone trying to prise it up to open the door.
Pros: Quickness of service to and from the airport terminal.
Cons: No answer on the phone number provided when we landed.

Mr Goddard, 26 Feb 07 Easy to book online, easy to find when we got to the airport, simple process to hand car in and very easy to pick car up on return by phoning ahead. All in all a very straightforward, good value process.
Pros: Easy to use, good value for money.

Mr Davies, 06 Dec 06 No waiting for transfers on both legs of the journey. A quick check on details and away you go. One drawback, poorly signposted for those of us without satnav.

Mr Casey, 13 Oct 06 Very speedy check in. Car was ready on my return. I had requested that my car was valeted and this was completed to a very good standard. I will definitely use this company again.
Pros: Very friendly and extremely efficient service.

Mr Margolis, 12 Oct 06 Too long to wait upon arrival back at Gatwick. When arrived back at BCP, they could not find my keys, then they forgot to give me a gate exit pass, all in all, not impressed and won't be using them again.
