Mr Bowers, 25 May 06 We found the service quick & efficient. We only had to wait a few minutes for courtesy coaches both to & from the airport. The only thing we would say that is negative is that the location of BCP is quite a way from the terminal building & you do seem to be going back on yourself therefore wasting quite a lot of time. However, we would definitely use BCP again, it was value for money.
Pros: Much easier to pre-pay before you go.
Cons: Location a little way away from the terminal.

Mr Murphy, 05 May 06 I was a little concerned at the arrivals procedure. I was asked to leave my car, key in ignition (thus with doors unlocked) "to be parked by BCP staff" Had they been on hand to do so immediately all would have been fine, but instead the bus departed with me and a number of other drivers, all of us anxious about our unlocked, key-in-ignition vehicles, left sitting i the arrivals area without a BCP driver in sight. Yes there was an exit barrier, but unsupervised, unlocked cars complete with keys will always be a security risk.
Pros: Everything.

Mr K. Belcher, 05 Apr 06 BCP quoted me the cheapest airport parking available within a few days of my travel arrangements, it was easily to find and service was quick and simple. The coach was waiting when we got there and only took a few minutes to get us to the airport terminal. On returning we waited 2 minutes for the coach to get back to the parking area, where my keys and car were waiting. Everything was quick and simple. Excellent service....

Mr Adams, 02 Apr 06 Overall satisfactory; takes the hassle out of parking your car.
Pros: Convenient for airport: good directions: return transfer was quick and efficient.
Cons: Transfer caused some concern; we waited 25mins for coach to set off.

Mr Edger, 30 Mar 06 My only difficulty with the service was actually finding the car park! Once there, I had no problems with the service. On return, a bus was leaving as I walked out of the terminal and another arrived within 10 mins.
Pros: Regular buses - no problem with space.

D Higson, 27 Mar 06 I should have printed off the map of its location provided with the booking and saved myself 40 minutes driving round the outskirts of the airport!
Pros: More professional than some I have used. Pleasant coach driver.
Cons: All airport parking is overpriced. This was one of the less expensive.

Mr Mellor, 24 Mar 06 We travelled with relatives who had previously used other Companies. They were as impressed as we have always been and thought the comparative price difference was not worth the greater all round benefits of BCP.
Pros: Efficient/reliable/friendly.

Pros: Good facilities, easy to find.
Cons: Not the cheapest parking at gatwick.

Pros: Convenience, close to airport, clean environment, efficient staff.

Mrs Johnstone, 20 Mar 06 They are very efficient and you just arrive and get out of the car and forget about it, they park it for you and return it to the reception area on your return. They give you a card with a telephone no. on to ring when you arrive at the airport so they know to pick you up. Brilliant and no hassle.
Pros: This car park is near the airport, so the transfer is not too long. You don't have to remember where you left the car before you went away.

Mr Coward, 28 Feb 06 Have used BCP Gatwick in the past and never had any problems.
Pros: Good service in all respects.
Cons: None.

Mr Saynor, 28 Feb 06 BCP officer forgot to give me a card to exit the car-park so I held up all persons trying to exit the car-park whilst I returned to the office for a card. Overall though, easy and good value for money.
Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: Complex route to site.

Mr Banfield, 14 Feb 06 Although I found the parking very simple, I am a litle confused as to why the time on my interior clock had changed and also how I managed to lose all of my radio channels that had been stored into my car stereo! These were all intact when I left my car, but seemed to have been erased on my return.
Pros: Not having to rely/wait for somebody to take and collect you from the airport.
Cons: Having to make sure that you leave with enough time for the transfers to the airport for take off!
