Arrival Procedure
Report to Cophall Farm Parking Reception and present your booking confirmation. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Please allow 30 minutes for check-in and transfers.

Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park.

Meet & Greet Parking at Gatwick Airport
Cophall Farm Parking also operate Cophall Farm Meet & Greet parking - a convenient and exclusive way of parking your car at Gatwick. Arrive at the Gatwick Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Notes
If the vehicle parked takes up more than one space (e.g. Transit Van) then you will be charged for both spaces.

Cophall Farm Parking Directions

• Travelling via Redhill
• As you start to enter Horley from the North, you will come to a large Shell Garage, on the centre of a large roundabout, bear left here onto the B2036 (Balcombe Road): sign posted to Balcombe/Cuckfield.
• Proceed over the railway bridge, through the traffic lights and continue for 1.5 miles
• At a small roundabout, take 1st exit to East Grinstead (B2037) and continue for 2 miles
• You will pass a garage on the left, the Old House Restaurant on the right Cophall Farm is a little past this on the left
• Travelling via Reigate
• Take A217 from Reigate to Longbridge roundabout
• Take 1st exit on this roundabout and proceed 1 mile through the traffic lights and pelican crossing
• You'll arrive at a large roundabout with a Shell Garage in the centre. Turn right here and immediately bear left onto B2036 (Balcombe Road)
• Proceed over railway bridge, through traffic lights and continue for 1.5 miles
• At the small roundabout, take 1st exit to East Grinstead (B2037). Continue on this road past the Old House Restaurant on your right. Cophall Farm is a little past this on the left
• Travelling via M23
• Turn off on Junction 10, sign posted to Crawley
• Take the 1st exit on roundabout at top of slip road sign posted to East Grinstead
• Go straight across the next roundabout and continue for 1.5 miles
• On next roundabout take 1st exit left sign posted to Lingfield
• At the T-junction, turn left. Cophall Farm is approximately 1 mile on the right hand side, past the Hedgehog Public House
• Travelling via M25
• From Kent & the Dartford Tunnel turn off at junction 6 Godstone and follow the A22 direction East Grinstead approx. 5 miles you will come to a roundabout with a Mormon temple directly in front of you
• Take 3rd exit B2028, the temple now on your left, follow this road all the way until T-junction B2037
• Turn right and Cophall Farm parking is approx. 1 mile on right hand side, past the Hedgehog Public House

Pros: Happy friendly staff.

Mr Lamb, 06 Dec 07 Staff really helpful with directions, and when we had to change dates it was no problem at all. The coach was sent as soon as we got back and we only waited 5 minutes before we were picked up. Easy to get to and from the site. Good discount with local pub for a meal and drink was a bonus.
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Good security. Good facilities and a garage on site!

Mr Conway, 06 Dec 07 Will definitely be using again, easy and quick check in for car, transport to airport about 10 minutes. Also great on return, flight was late but called and the minibus was waiting for us to take us back to our car.
Pros: Was really fast to hand over keys and very quick transport to airport.

Mrs Huggins, 30 Nov 07 There was a coach ready to take us to airport. Check in was fast and efficient. Car was in excellent condition when we picked it up much to the surprise of its owner who had visions of it being used for a taxi while we were away. He had heard reports of illegal parking and was very apprehensive about leaving his keys. Once back from holiday we were picked up at airport within 15 mins. Can't fault service it was first class; would certainly use park again and recommend to others.

Pros: Everything went so smoothly, no complaints.

We were delayed on the way back by over 4 hours, but we only had to wait 5 minutes for the transfer bus to pick us up and take us back to Cophall. My car was waiting out the front for us to get straight into and the process of collecting the keys was straightforward and very quick! I would definitely use you again. Thank you very much for a great service.
Pros: Ease of transport to airport.
Cons: A little further away from Gatwick than some car parking facilities.

Mr Bagnall, 29 Jun 07 The service was easy to use, with good instructions as to how to get there. A minibus took us straightaway, which was probably luck that we were the last on board, but coming back was also relatively quick. Friendly and helpful service.
Pros: Quick, helpful service, Good value for money.
Cons: A short wait at the airport on return, but not really a problem.

Mrs Mayo, 27 Jun 07 I had hand written the directions, much easier to read. The directions were spot on and easy to follow. Reception was quick and efficient and we were soon on our way. We probably waited the full 10 mins on return but the other pickups were in large near empty buses so I guess Cophall get a GREEN award for using full minibuses. For that reason alone I would use again.
Pros: We chose purely on price and we had used it before and it was OK.
Cons: We tried the cross country route given from the M25 but found it a bit tedious with speed restrictions so came back via the M23.
