Cophall Farm Parking

Mr Stock, 27 Jun 07 Everything was great, the only thing that was not good was when being dropped off at south terminal the driver dropped us off downstairs and at the last curtesy coach bay, so we had to drag suitcases quite a way and then up the stairs. It would of been easier to drop us outside departures, but i guess it saved driver time doing it his way. Was not impressed.

Mr Melnik, 26 Jun 07 A welcoming smile and cheeful staff is always great to see in the early hours of the morning. They were ready for us and everything sorted out quickly and without fuss. A fast and personalized service to and from the airport - no waiting to fill the transfer bus with other customers. Our car was waiting for us ready to go home after a 5 hour flight - no trudging around huge carparks looking for it. A great service and very competitively priced! Will recommend to others and use again. You certainly know what customer service is about - well done, keep it up, and THANKS.

Ms Maxwell, 26 Jun 07 A minibus was preparing to leave as we arrived at Cophall, but the driver came over to meet us and helped to transfer our luggage, whilst I checked in, so there was no waiting at all. On the return we only had to wait for about 5 minutes to be collected, despite our flight being over an hour late. Use the BT payphones (free phone number) to phone for your return transfer - the mobile reception isn't that good inside the terminal and some mobile operators charge for the call. Definitely would recommend Cophall Farm parking and use them again. Inexpensive, but still a highly efficient service.
Pros: Efficient, inexpensive, car safe.

Miss Miqdadi, 26 Jun 07 Great value for money. It was easy to find using the directions provided. When we arrived there was a bus already waiting to take us to the airport, and dropping off our car took no time at all. The journey from the car park to the airport didn't take long. On our return we didn't wait long to be collected from the airport. When we got to the car park we were in our car in minutes. Great service. Highly recommend.

Mr Cooper, 26 Jun 07 Very straightforward and efficient booking in and collecting my car. Waited a few minutes before being driven to airport. Upon return 'phoned to say I had arrived and by the time I was at the pick-up point there was a vehicle there and the driver was aware he was picking me up. Would recommend and use again.

This is the 1st time I have used airport parking and would most definitely use them again. There was no hanging about when we arrived at the car park, then a short journey to the airport. Fantastic - hassle-free!

Mr Smith, 24 Jun 07 Arrived at 3a.m. for our early morning flight from Gatwick. Parked, sorted out paperwork, and loaded on to bus in next to no time. Driver, even at this early hour, very helpful particularly with regard to return journey. One easy free phone call on return and bus was waiting. Driver told us best way to get from Cophall Farm to motorway due to the thousands of cyclists doing the annual London to Brighton ride. Car waiting for us in the admin block car park. Picked up keys and away. A 100% positive experience. Never heard of Cophall Farm Parking before finding it on the 'net'. Now can't recommend it enough.
