Arrival Procedure
On entering the car park follow signs to the arrivals area, park up and unload your luggage. Check-in at the Gatwick Courtlands reception, you will be asked to complete a key label with all relevant details and hand over your car keys. Board one the Courtlands buses for your transfer to the airport terminal. Please allow 30 minutes to check-in

Departure Procedure
After collecting your luggage, ring Courtlands reception office on 01293 776655 to confirm your arrival. A Freephone telephone can be located at the bus stop. Follow the overhead signs at Gatwick Airport for Off Airport Parking and Courtesy Coaches to ground level then make your way to Courtlands pick up points located a short distance from the terminals exit. Services are scheduled to run every 20 minutes. On arrival at Courtlands car park reception will return your keys and direct you to your car which will have been brought to the departure area.

Transfers to Gatwick Airport
Courtlands Gatwick offer transfers to the South Terminal ONLY, which operate all year round and take 5 minutes. Coaches run 24 hours a day every 20 minutes. Dedicated access roads that avoid public routes offer transfers to the terminals much quicker than other off-airport car parks.

Disabled Facilities
From 6am to 10pm disabled customers are taken to Gatwick Airport in their own car. The same service applies on return. Outside these hours the service runs on a on request basis.

Courtlands Parking Directions

• Exit the M23 at junction 10, signposted Crawley/East Grinstead
• Follow the Crawley signs to the next roundabout (5th exit) and travel back along the same road, A2011, towards the motorway
• After approximately 0.5 miles take the slip road on the left signed, Crematorium/Horley
• Turn left at the T-junction onto the B2036 for Horley
• Go straight on at the mini roundabout and Courtlands entrance is approximately 0.5 miles on the left

Pros: Very near airport.

Mr Trower, 19 Apr 07 This is the first time that I have used this carpark. However, apart from the initial trip to find it, it was just the same as Parking Express although cheaper. Will definitely use again.
Pros: Quick to airport when parked.
Cons: All round the houses to find it and yet a stone's throw to airport.

Mr Ryder, 19 Apr 07 Very pleased indeed. We felt the car was safe and sound in their care and the transfer to and from the airport was very quick and stress free. One little consideration after flying in from the States, all the drivers there help with bags, help required or not, and certainly help is given to those with children - NOT us! The comment yelled down the bus by our driver from his seat to another passenger 'Oy, you can't leave that there, skip!', after which he made a snide comment to another rider, made us realise sadly that we were back home again... Otherwise, the parking, great, we'll use them again!
Pros: All round service quality...

Mr Smith, 19 Apr 07 After booking we found out that the coach did not go to the north terminal. Courtlands staff were very helpful and said that once dropped at south terminal you can get the free mono rail to north terminal and reverse journery on way home which we did and this was very easy to do. So even if this was the case next time I would still use Courtlands car park.
Pros: Very easy to get to. Extremely helpful staff.
Cons: Does not run to north terminal at certain times of year.

Mr Downie, 19 Apr 07 On arrival, dealt with immediately in a friendly and efficient manner, and this was at 3 o'clock in the morning with a very quick transfer to the airport terminal. On return must have just missed a bus as had to wait about 15 minutes, but no problem as when we got to collect our car it took just a couple of minutes and we were away.
Pros: Quick, efficient, quick transfer.

A Happy Customer, 08 Mar 07 We had no problems with Courtlands, everyone was efficient and helpful. Our car battery had gone flat and we were supported very quickly with this problem. The drive to South Terminal is very short. It might be possible to walk it (if there are pavements and you don't have a lot of luggage).
Pros: Good value and good service, v.helfpul staff, Quick checkin and checkout.

Mrs Pike, 08 Mar 07 Coach did not have sufficient room for baggage. Lots of people with large bags, skis, boards etc. Luggage badly and dangerously loaded - nearly falling onto passengers. Coach took us to North Terminal where passengers tried to alight with their luggage - a nightmare, as they had to move large bags, climb over others. Then to Courtlands Park. At no time did the coach driver move from his seat and help. Other companies' drivers help. It was raining - very little cover from elements. No trolleys to take large amounts of luggage to car. Would not use Courtlands again!!
Pros: Getting to Car Park and then transfer to Airport was OK.
Cons: Getting from Airport back to car was not a good experience.

Mrs Westbury, 08 Mar 07 Everything was great - no problems with anything, easy to find, bus waiting, when we came back the bus took about 10 minutes to arrive, maybe clearer signs at the airport where to wait would be helpful. Thank you.
Pros: Closeness to the ariport and very easy to find.

Mrs Sawyer, 22 Feb 07 Although we didn't have any problems with the car park, we did specifically point out, in the office and by leaving a note in our car, that the drivers lock should not be used, on returning to our car we noted that the lock had obviously been used as it is now damaged!! So maybe the parking staff should pay more attention to the wishes of the customer!

Mr Smith, 07 Dec 06 Faultless departure - easy check-in, and bus left 2mins after checking-in car. Seemed like ages to wait for our pick-up on arrival, but in truth was about 20mins. Very courteous staff and speedy transfer between car-park and airport. Would use again.
Pros: Proximity to airport. 24hr service. Competitive price.

Mr Langston, 13 Oct 06 I seemed to wait along time for a coach on return, this is not a fair comment but it would be useful to have a time table perhaps printed on your card. On exit from the park caused delay as I was not advised I had to hand over pass out slip and had to find it.

Mr Frampton, 05 Sep 06 Coaches arrived to and from the airport on time, the transfer is all of about 3 mins. Very easy to find. Helpful staff, I will definitely use Courtlands again. Great value for money.

Mr Ennis, 05 Sep 06 Using Courtlands made the holiday experience that much easier. Easy to find, easy to use (just park and go), close to the airport, 5 minutes wait out and only 10 minutes coming back. Only disappointing thing was they hadn't cleaned or filled my car with petrol, well you can't have everything I suppose.

Mr Megraw, 04 Sep 06 Staff were very friendly and efficient and the frequency of buses to and from the terminal was very good even in the very early hours of the morning. I would certainly use the service again. Great value for money.
