Mr Shelley, 07 Jul 06 We would prefer to see the buses on a more frequent basis eg every 10 mins, as 20 mins is a long time to wait with excited children and no real facilities for waiting.
Pros: Convenient to airport.
Cons: If you just miss the bus it is a 20 minute wait.

Mr Mason, 06 Jul 06 Booked two days before departure - No problem. Directions to parking area very good. Cheapest I could find on the internet. So close to the South Terminal Gatwick we were there before we settled down in the coach. Excellent Carparking. Thank you!

Mrs Hopcroft, 06 Jul 06 It was not clear from your instructions that we were actually closer to the airport than airport parking! Driving there seemed we were going really out of our way, but it was excellent. Customer service staff were a bit rushed, but the coach driver was so friendly and helpful. Coming back we only had a 5 minute wait for the coach, but once back at base, our car was placed very near for us to collect. Would certainly recommend service! Thank you!

Mr Whiteman, 05 Jul 06 Pick up times from the Airport should have been every 20 minutes past the hour. Yet my family and I were stood waiting for a good 45 minutes - we could have walked to the car park in well under 10 minutes.
Pros: Low cost parking.
Cons: Long wait for transfer pick up.

Mr Davies, 08 Mar 06 At peak times there should be more coaches laid on for returning passengers, and people who are picked up should be bussed straight to the cars not to another terminal first.. When we got dropped off there were 2 coaches sitting there doing nothing.
Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: Long wait time for return coach.

Mrs Kingston, 07 Mar 06 We have given full marks to each category, as we could find no fault. We had a very pleasant and easy transfer both to and from the airport. No hassle and no wait. It was so very cold when we returned from our holiday and we phoned when we landed and by the time we got our cases outside, the bus arrived. We would recommend Simply Parking at any time, and will definitely book next year.

Mrs Cairns, 06 Mar 06 First class service, no waiting around in the cold. Even when my car wouldn't start on return, we only waited a few mins before one of the staff came along with a gadget that only took less than a minute before we were on our way home. Will definitely use Courtlands Parking again.

Pros: Secure, cheapest and close to South terminal.
Cons: So why send us all round north terminal on return!

Pros: Car park easy to find, simple to use.
Cons: Long wait at terminal for the bus (around +20 mins @ midnight).
