I paid to have the car valeted, but the valet was not carried out due to a member of their staff being off sick. I was most upset to return to Gatwick and find the car as dirty as when I left it. Pros: Good not to have to travel on a bus to and from the car park.

This should be a convenient hassle free way to start the holiday. No problems on the outward journey, however on returning from holiday we had to wait 1 hour for the car to be returned in dreadful weather. The communication in general was very poor, inconsistent reasons for the delay after being told that the car would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes. Pros: Convenient, should save time at airport. Cons: Reliant on the company returining the car in a timely fashion, which ours was not. Would have been quicker if we had used an offsite parking service.

Very efficient service. Representative was waiting to take the car at Gatwick when I arrived and was waiting for me when I returned home enabling me to get straight into my car and drive away. Pros: Very Convenient. Cons: A little more expensive than just parking and getting a bus from offsite car park.

Overwhelming service offered, and considering Gatwick airport was experiencing one of its busiest times ever, CPS Parking were able to help and support the needs of meeting my family and I, collecting and returning our car amongst a very busy trafficated airport on time and well looked after. Be rest assured this enabled us to trust and rely on CPS Parking. Any vacations we go on in the future we will be using CPS, who offer outstanding customer care. Thank you.

A service that was exactly as I expected and hoped for. The rep was waiting to collect the car when I arrived at the airport and ready and waiting when I got back. Highly recommended.

We returned late at night and it was easily worth the extra to be able to drive off straight away rather than join the queues for the courtesy bus to the car park.

We were booked into the Hilton Gatwick and after unloading our car and settling into our room we rang the service to tell them we had arrived and to ask directions to the meeting place for the Meet and Greet service. "No problem", we were told, "We will pick up the car at the hotel". It does not get much better than that!!! Pros: Excellent service and convenience.

First rate service of staff, even telephone calls were dealt with courteously and efficiently - as we were half an hour late flying in we were a little concerned but all went smoothly getting the car back. Thanks to all the CPS staff! Happy new year! Pros: Everything went without a hitch. VERY satisfied with service.

Excellent service. Recommend to everybody. Best part is being back on the road home within 5 minutes of coming out of terminal. Staff easily identified by coat colours, friendly staff and car returned in good condition. Great value for money. Pros: Easy to use service, staff easily identified at Gatwick, car returned within 2 minutes of coming out of terminal.

I always use this service as I am a single female and hate using the offsite car parks, especially at night in the dark, as I feel extremely vulnerable. I also like the time saved both in dropping off the car and collecting it. Pros: Time, convenience, and not having to negotiate the buses to car parks. Cons: Having to wait longer for my car than I had hoped on it's return.

Overall positive experience, not much more than traditional parking with less hassle. Courteous, friendly drivers. Only negative some 30 min delay in answering collection contact. Pros: Good value, hassle free parking. Cons: Delay answering return contact telephone number.

This is a very convenient and easy to use service. For those, like us, who have some distance to travel to reach the airport, it shortens the journey considerably, both ways, and avoids hauling the luggage around a car park and on and off buses.

Having reviewed comments on a number of valet parking companies, I chose CPS because it had the most consistent good feedback. My experience exceeded my expectations. Can't fault the service in anyway. The before departure phone call operator knew who I was straight away, the agent was waiting as I pulled up. Coming back, my car pulled up moments after we arrived at the pick up point. My car was as I left it. Perfect - thanks very much. Look forward to using you again. Pros: Easy to use service.

Collection on arrival was the best ever experienced with the most obliging driver, who even found a trolley for us. Waited too long for delivery on arrival. In heavy rain with limited parking slots the car held up other traffic while we rushed to load cases, getting soaked at the same time. Was unable to read rain soaked document which required signature. Pickup location not ideal! Pros: Polite and helpful drivers. Cons: Pickup was slower, and location made it difficult to park to effect handover.

Excellent service. It was great to be met promptly at the airport and not wait for buses to take us to outside car parks. We were delayed by 1 hour and still met on time.

Arriving back after a 13 hour delay it was great to simply have the car directly outside the terminal. Much better than trying to get two very tired young children plus baggage onto a bus, then trying to locate a cold car. Pros: Easy arrival and departure, especially with two young children.
