Mr Duncan, 07 Nov 06 I would use this service again, excellent value for money, no hassle, no delays and very helpful bus drivers that explained what to do and helped with the luggage. Easy to find from web site instructions.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, cheap, convenient.

Mark, 03 Nov 06 Close to Gatwick and easy to find, even in the dark. Despite the early hour (3:30AM) check in was quick and easy with a quick transfer direct to the terminal. On our return one quick call to the office and the coach was with us within ten minutes, the car was ready and waiting outside the offices and after a few minutes to collect the keys we were away. A smooth, efficient service and they were the cheapest.
Pros: Quick transfer to and from the airport.

Mr Butler, 03 Nov 06 Have used many different airport car park services, but none as swift and efficient as Holiday Parking. Dropped my car off, bus arrived exactly when they said it would. At terminal within 5 minutes. Coming back phoned, bus arrived rapidly. Full bus, yet although I was last one off was in my car and on the road within 5 minutes. Very cheap but excellent service.
Pros: Very quick, efficient service. Driver even loaded and unloaded cases. Excellent service.

Pros: Very Near Gatwick North so transfer very quick.

Mr Zazzera, 30 Oct 06 This has been one of the best car parks I have used, simple to find, drop off my car keys, head on to the bus, arrive at the terminal in minimal time. The return journey was also great with a quick phone call to say I have arrived and the courtesy bus arrived soon, back to the car park, keys picked up, car directly outside the reception area. This was a good experience in my opinion and good parking rates-highly recommended.
Pros: Easy to Park, Quick Transfer to North Terminal, Friendly Staff, Return journey easy and quick.

Miss Hayward, 30 Oct 06 We had a problem finding the bus stop for the return coach and it took a while to arrive, but otherwise everything was very good and I would use it again.

Ms Rowland, 25 Oct 06 The booking in was fast and efficient. The bus driver was helpful in giving time for getting on and off with luggage and a disabled passenger. I would definitely use the company again.
Pros: Very efficient booking in and transfer.
Cons: Had to wait 20 minutes on return for bus to come.

Mrs Weymouth, 24 Oct 06 Very efficient procedure when dropping off and picking up car. Cars parked in secure, designated bays. Excellent transfer timings. Overall a very efficient service and safe place to leave your car.

Mr Bell, 06 Sep 06 Generally the Gatwick car parking sevice was excellent. the email was not 100% clear and it would have been good to see some road signs giving directions. Apart from this the service was very good and would use again.
Pros: Secure site, with helpful and polite staff.
Cons: Not particuarly easy to find.

Mr Luck, 04 Sep 06 Given the security situation we allowed extra time but this was eroded by an accident on the M25. However, the smooth check in and timely coach meant that we arrived at check-in in plenty of time. The return was just as efficient even at 0145 in the morning. Recommended.
Pros: Smooth service and timely coaches.

Mr Witcomb, 01 Aug 06 We booked 3 cars for family and friends travelling together. Not only was the parking exceptionally cheap (Approx £53.00 per car for 14 days) but very efficient and staff were helpful. Will recommend to others and will certainly use again.
Pros: Value for money, efficient.

Mrs Woolcott, 06 Jul 06 We had a great transfer to the airport and return back again to the car park. I thought the service provided was excellent, and very quick and friendly drivers. I especailly liked that our car was ready waiting for us on our return, and best of all I did not have to take my car keys away on holiday with me.

James B, 06 Jul 06 Some people have said this place is hard to find, this is not true. If you can't find this from the simple instructions they give, then you should carefully consider whether it's safe to be flying abroad as you probably won't be able to find your way back to the UK! The best thing about this parking (apart from the price) is the fast transfer to the terminal - 5 mins max. Staff were cheery and helpful too. Would use again.
Pros: Good price and fast transfer to and from the airport.
Cons: My Golf hadn't been transformed into an Aston while I was away.

Mr Hurl, 06 Jul 06 I am no stranger to parking at Gatwick for holidays and was pleased with the service and the cost was competitive. I would use yourselves again on my next holiday via Gatwick providing of course the above still holds true at that time.

Mrs Smith, 07 Nov 05 This is a great low cost parking venue, very easy to find, fast check in, quick transfer time to north terminal. Only drawback is you have to find your own car on return, at 3am in the rain this isnt fun!! But, saying that, I'd definitely use Gatwick Holiday Parking again.
Pros: Great value for money, easy to find, good transfers.
Cons: You have to find your own car on return, it isn't parked outside check in for you.

Mrs Young, 05 Nov 05 I found the car park easy to find and to use. The receptionist's accent was a little difficult to understand initially, but no problem really. On return it was really easy and I appreciated the quick response of the 'team' on site-good explanations on how to exit the car park etc. Will definitely use them again!
Pros: Very near Gatwick North Terminal.
Cons: Better signs needed for accessing M25 immediately from car park.
