Holiday Parking Gatwick

Mr Brewin, 03 Nov 05 First time flying and using a parking service. Very pleased with the service received. Small wait booking in and for the transfer bus on arrival, but no more than one would expect. Return and picking car up very quick. Polite, friendly staff. Some rather large rain puddles in the reception area. I would be happy to use Holiday Parking's service again.
Pros: Close to airport, little waiting time.

Ms Mcdowell, 31 Oct 05 The service was fine. I certainly wouldn't want to pay more than this, as the parking charges at Gatwick Airport are just ridiculous now.
Pros: All ran very smoothly.
Cons: Possibly return transfer could have been a little quicker.

Mr Goater, 25 Oct 05 Compared with our experiences in the recent past, we found this company excellent. They were pleasant and efficient. It was extremely good value for money. We had tried many parking services who had no space, were far more expensive and far less pleasant and friendly (in fact even dismissive). We will definitely use Holiday Parking again and consider it a lucky find.
Pros: Good service, good price, provided space at very short notice.

Mr Rosam, 25 Oct 05 Everything was good and staff most helpful, particularly at reception. Except the driver on the return journey, he was unhelpful and sharp - it was 1am though and perhaps he was not a night owl! However, I hope to use them again and will recommend them to friends.
Pros: Close to Airport. Fair price.

Pros: Close to airport; only a few minutes to drop off point.

Mr Scanlon, 21 Oct 05 Arrived at 04.50 and checked in efficiently, but with no enthusiasm or customer service skill. Everything after that was exactly as described and expected with speedy transit to terminal.
Pros: Speedy, easy to find, good value.
Cons: Check-in lady was curt & customer unfriendly.

Pros: Very close to airport.
Cons: Took a while to be picked up from airport.

Pros: Speedy transfer to/from airport. Good, secure site.
Cons: Directions were not as clear as they could have been. Incorrect exit from roundabout given, causing delay in arrival due to need to stop to ask directions.

Mr Ruff, 15 Aug 05 Gatwick Holiday Parking satisfied my requirements for long term parking for a north terminal departure/arrival. I experienced no problems with booking, arrival, transfer, secure car storage and pick up on return. Price was very good and I would recommend to others.
Pros: Good Price, Easy to Find and Good Security.
