Fantastic - by the time I got the bags out the boot, PAS were there to take the car away. On return, they had my car back to me in the time they said. Will use again, foolish not to. Pros: Easy, worry free, quick, no searching around to find the carpark. Very, very stress free.

We departed and arrived back to Gatwick at very unsociable hours, but the drivers were there on time, very helpful and cheerful. Second, but not the last, time we will be using your service. Well done.

Delivery of the car upon our return was first class. However, we had to ring you 3 times upon airport arrival and this is exactly what we didn't want. Pros: Convenience. Cons: Rang 3 times for collection,

The service offered was excellent. A driver was waiting to collect my car on arrival and I only had to wait a few minutes on my return due to a traffic problem. Far more convenient and less hassle than offsite parking.

Arrived early, had to wait and call back to prompt them. Worst was the state of the car, covered in 'crap', they did not look after it. For the money I do not expect a clean car returned in a state where it is covered in tree and bird crap. Pros: Polite staff. Cons: Car returned in a very dirty condition - parked under a tree.

We were concerned that the extra security would affect the collection and delivery service, but we were very impressed. We arrived early and there was someone there in 5 mins to collect the car. Polite and efficient and good VFM.

I would never consider using any other form of parking at any airport other than meet and greet. It takes all the hassle and bother away regarding getting on and off buses, lugging luggage further than necessary, arranging for others to collect you, also you know that your car will be there ready and running for you.

It was so much easier to just drive to the terminal and hand over the keys. Coming back was the same - from phone to getting into the car - 8 mins - magic. Pros: Saves time. Cons: Not sure exactly where to go to deposit / pick up the car, but next time...

Phoned early to ensure on time return delivery but asked to phone later as not quite thru baggage collection, but when phoned next delayed delivery as no driver available on site to make delivery. Pros: Cost and value. Cons: Time keeping.

Saved our lives; wouldn't have made the flight without this service. Having two small children (one in arms) this service took all the hassle out of getting to the airport. We cannot recommend this highly enough. Pros: So easy to use.

If you haven't used meet and greet, you don't know what you are missing. Only slightly more expensive, but well worth it. No humping of suitcases at either end, and a lot more free time before you have to be at the airport. Try it once and you'll never park in a field again! Pros: Met at the airport on both legs.

Very impressed with the service - did not have to wait on the outbound flight and only 7/8 mins on return, which he informed us we would be waiting for. So much more convenient than catching a courtesy bus and furthermore, it was nice getting into a warm car!! - Came from 24 degrees to -2 degrees at LGW - we travel several times a year and will definitely be using this service again. Pros: Speed, efficiency, convenience.

They delivered on their commitments. Said 10mins from when we called on our return and the car was there as promised. What more can you ask. Would recommend them again as very good value for money. Pros: Very easy all round, professional and efficient.

Gatwick departures can be a congested and chaotic place to arrive when meeting the driver to drop off the car. But this is a minor problem and not the fault of the company. Beware the traffic wardens! Pros: Very useful service, convenient, and takes the stress out of airport arrivals. Cons: Pricier than parking it yourself.

I can't believe it's taken me so many visits to Gatwick to realise this service was there. Forget parking and coach rides, for an extra £10 you get a fast, reliable, professional and cost effective service. Stop at departures, somebody is there to collect your car, and then ring after customs and your car is ready outside the front doors...Simple. Fantastic. Pros: So many I can't list... Cons: Only that it took me so long to realise PAS existed...

Travelling transAtlantic with a toddler and a baby made the extra expense of using meet and greet well worth it -- the staff were friendly, well-organized and prompt. The car was collected almost immediately upon our arrival (despite the fact that we were an hour earlier than we'd said we would be) and returned to us (in as good condition as it left us in) within about 10 minutes after we phoned to say we'd cleared customs. Pros: Dead easy, well-organized and quick to collect and drop off. Cons: Costs (about 1/3 more than doing it yourself)
