Gatwick Park Plus Overview

Park Plus is a conveniently located car park, suitable for business and leisure travellers alike. Short transfer times 3 min transfers to south terminal that run every 10 minutes

on-airport secure award facilities

Arrival Procedure
On arrival the barrier will open automatically. Proceed to the reception and present your booking confirmation. Hand in your car keys to receive a parking receipt. Your vehicle will be parked by valet staff leaving you free to board the courtesy coach to the terminal.

Departure Procedure
At the terminal follow signs for "Taxis" and "Exit". Carry straight on at the end of the travelator and exit onto the upper forecourt. The "Park Plus" bus stop is conveniently located adjacent to the exit from the terminal. On return to the car park, go to reception with your parking receipt issued on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close by ready to exit the Plus Plus car park.

Transfers to Gatwick Airport
Park plus has transfer available every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. These take only 2 - 3 minutes for a transfer to the South terminal. For maximum convenience you will be dropped on the upper forecourt, adjacent to the terminal entrance - this is ideal for direct access to the terminal building

Disabled Facilities
Suitable for Blue badge holders. The reception building and all courtesy coaches are fully DDA compliant.

Security at Gatwick Park Plus
Car park is manned 24 hours a day, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. There is also comprehensive CCTV in place for added security. What is the Park Mark award?

Insurance
The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving the site.

Notes
Maximum vehicle height is 2.5 metres (8 feet, 2 inches). Trailers are not permitted.

Gatwick Park Plus Directions

• From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at Junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Keeping on the inside lane, exit left at the next roundabout following signs for the South terminal. Then take the second exit on the left, sign posted Long Term car park, At the end of this road, turn left following signs for Park Plus.

We booked online, received all our information on what we had to do, incluing very easy to follow instructions on how to reach the car park. Once there, everything went without any hold ups, a great start to our week away; no stress. Would use again.

Mr Gower, 29 Jan 07 This is one of the more expensive car parks, but worth every penny because the site is virtually at the south terminal, thus making transfers extremely quick. I would definitely use again as it is so convenient.
Pros: Very close to terminal, regular transport to terminal.
Cons: More expensive than a lot of Gatwick carparks.

Mr Carr-forster, 18 Jan 07 After 5 days I picked up my car at 8pm, I don't know where the car had been kept but it was obviously in a very damp environment. All the windows inside the car were dripping wet. This delayed my departure from the airport.
Pros: Very rapid and efficient.
Cons: Damp enviroment.

Mrs Foster, 15 Jan 07 This was our first experience with Park Plus, and we were very pleased with the service. Extremely fast, hassle-free transfer both out and back. Car ready to pick up on our return. We will definitely use Park Plus again.
Pros: Speed of transfer, friendly staff, great value for money.

Ms Smith, 14 Jan 07 On return from trip on an exceptionally rainy & cold December evening, we picked up the keys from reception to collect our car. We were given no indication as to where the car had been parked by car park staff. A very wet & miserable end to our holiday. For our subsequent trip we used parking express, you park your car yourself so you know exactly where it is on return, better experience!

Mr Purkiss, 14 Jan 07 Easy to find car park, buses leave every few minutes, drop you to the top level of the airport, very convenient. 2nd time using this car park and both times had excellent service.

Mr Ming, 12 Jan 07 Very close to Gatwick South terminal (about 3 mins coach ride), has its own dedicated section in the terminal for its coaches. Staff very friendly and helpful. If they maintain their prices, I'll definitely use them again.
Pros: Park Plus has everything going for it.

Park Plus's pleasant well trained staff helped to get our holiday off to a brilliant start. We were impressed with how easy the drop off and key collection system was also. Thank you.

Mrs Hutchinson, 05 Jan 07 Nothing more to say except that the whole experience was speedy and efficient, the staff helpful and friendly. The one thing that I may suggest is a shelter for the shuttle bus queue, although this is of course only a real problem when the weather is inclement. I can certainly say I would use Park Plus again and have no problem in recommending them. Thanks.

Mrs Cameron, 27 Dec 06 We found the process very good and efficient - friendly staff and clean facilities. The only slight problem was, after getting back to Gatwick after a very long flight, the instructions on picking up the coach back to car park (after a long flight) seemed a little vague and we did go to the wrong collection point at first. On finding the right point the pick up happened within 3-4 mins - so all in all a good service and we will use again.
Pros: Very quick connecting time to terminal - very good.
Cons: Not enough instruction from coach staff about return journey pick up.

Mr Jones, 30 Nov 06 The whole process of parking, and transferring to and from the airport was great, but on our return we were told, that as we were an hour past our arrival time we would have to pay for another day's parking, the staff were completely unhelpful, saying "the computer says you haave to pay, so you have to pay" Incredible it was like being in Little Britain, 'the computer says no'. Simply Parking was good to use. Park Plus were awful and I feel hard done by.
Pros: Transfers.
Cons: Attitude.

When I picked up my car it was parked in a bay and not in a line like I have seen in some car parks! Would definitely use them again. It was quick, easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
