This budget option is operated from the Russ Hill Hotel, with transfers scheduled every hour. Allow plenty of time for check-in and transfers. 20 min transfers to north terminal and 20 min transfers to south terminal that run on demand

Arrival Procedure
On arrival at Russ Hill hotel go to the car parking office located within the hotel complex. Present your booking confirmation and check in. You will be given a transfer ticket to present to the driver of the bus allowing all your party free passage to and from the Airport. Your car will be taken to a secured compound close to the hotel and brought back to the hotel site for your return.

Departure Procedure
Proceed to the courtesy bus pick up points which are clearly signposted at both terminals. This car parking service runs a scheduled service which picks up from South Terminal at 15 minutes past the hour and North terminal at 20 past the hour. Traffic conditions can affect these timings, if the bus is more than 10 minutes late please call the hotel on 01293 862171. If you have just missed a bus we recommend you stay in the terminal for a drink before proceeding to the pick up point.

Transfers to Gatwick Airport
The Russ Hill hotel provides the transfers every hour on the hour on a 24hr basis (Except 3am, Every 45 minutes from 0330 to 0800). The transfer time is 20 minutes. This is a budget car park with scheduled transfer times we therefore recommend you time your arrival to allow plenty of time for check in and transfer.

Transfer buses are adapted for the carriage of disabled customers.

Cars will be taken from the hotel by an insured driver and parked in a fully fenced and gated compound with floodlights.

• From M23: Exit at Junction 9, Gatwick, and follow signs to North Terminal
• At roundabout take 4th exit, on to A23 northbound
• Keep in nearside lane and take 1st exit at the Longbridge roundabout signposted Charlwood (approx. 3 miles)
• Pass through village following road signposted RUSS HILL
• Continue on this road for approx. 2 miles. The hotel entrance is on the left hand side after the bend

Mr Lewis, 06 Jan 06 Very good - I'll use them again. One criticism was that there was not really enough room to get into the car when the seat had been moved right forward and parked so close to the next one.
Pros: Buses were right on time.
Cons: If you don't time it right, you could wait an hour for a bus.

Mr Parsons, 03 Jan 06 Overall a very good service for the price. I felt that my car was very safe in the car park. The car park was also very easy to get to and I would use the service again if i am flying from Gatwick.
Pros: Cheap prices for a good service.
Cons: Going by timetable for coach transfers.
