We dropped the car off at the North terminal and were met, on time, by a member of Maple who took the mileage of the car and then gave us a receipt with full instructions of what we were to do on our return. We confirmed that our return flight was to the South terminal and gave the man our return flight details. On our return we followed the instructions, as given by Maple, rang when we had cleared security then proceeded to the pick up point. After waiting at the pick up point for 5 mins we called Maple to find out where a car was only to be told by a very rude lady that the instruction that we were given 7 days earlier were out of date and we had come to the wrong area. I expressed my disapointment at not being informed earlier as we were dragging all our ski equipment across the airport. The rude lady replied "I do not have a crystal ball you know". She might not have a crystal ball and we will not be calling on their services again. PS. My car was covered in a light brown dust when it was returned, I can only guess that it must have been parked near a busy dirt track or quarry. Pros: I got my car back. Cons: Very rude and arrogant lady who takes the phone calls.

We had to wait about 15 minutes when we dropped the car off, but when we came home we literally had just taken our cases off the trolley when the driver returned our car. I would definitely recommend using this service.

I have been using Maple Manor for many a year and the fact that I continue to do so is proof of the continued quality of their offering. Pros: Fuss free.

We were met at airport as we arrived. The car was properly checked by the driver collecting it. He was courteous. On our return we waited about five minutes for our car, which was returned in exactly the same state we had left it and were on our way a couple of minutes later. Nothing could have been easier. Pros: 1. No need to transfer to coach at car park and then again from it at airport on departure. Same again on arrival. 2. About half an hour less travel each way (Coach transfer is invariably longer than advertised) Cons: Slight increase in price over other methods of car parking.

I have paid for airport parking before, but this was a lot less hassle for the whole family. They picked up my car promptly and dropped it off just as quick. I would definitely use them again. Pros: Excellent pick up and drop off.

Brilliant service; will always do it this way from now on. Have convinced my sister-in-law that this is the way to do it as well. All I can say is FANTASTIC. Pros: Not having to worry about how to get to the airport once you have parked.

I rang Maple Manor Parking to let them know our arrival time at Gatwick, but still had a 15-minute wait for their representative. The aiport parking attendant tried to move us on, but I was allowed to wait because of my blue badge. Arriving back from our holiday, we had another 15-minute wait and there were no seats outside in the layby: this is a problem for someone who is disabled and unable to stand for long periods! Other than that, the service was very good and we will definitely use Maple Manor Parking again! Pros: Convenience (I am disabled and this is the easiest way for me to travel to the airport). Cons: The waiting time at collection/return.

We were travelling with 2 kids at short notice and had to catch our flight after a night shift, so we thought it is best to book a meet and greet service at the airport. The service was exactly as stated and the person meeting us was friendly. Within no time we could check in and make it in time. While coming back we rang the given number from the baggage hall and the car was there in 15 minutes, clean and warm. Overall we are pleased with the service and would use them again. Pros: Very convenient, especially with kids.

Fantastic service - recommend it. Driver met us at Gatwick and car was delivered within 10-15 minutes (and it was late on a Saturday night). Pre-booked which meant the price was cheaper than the normal long term car park.

I rang Maple Manor to advise we were off the plane and rushing through the airport with NO luggage to collect, as we had been told to do. I explained that we would be outside within 10 minutes and would need the car very quickly in order to be on our way to Portsmouth to catch the LAST ferry at 12.30 to the Isle of Wight. IT TOOK 55 Minutes for our car to be delivered. We could have been on a Courtesy Bus to one of the airport car parking facilities and on our way in that time and it would have cost half the price. We missed our ferry by 12 minutes and had to wait until 04.30 next day to board the next one. I will not be taking this service again, I felt I had NO CONTROL and had to just wait, and wait, and wait for our car. It was a very poor service.

I will use this service again, it makes life so easy. Arrived at airport early when going out, no problem, phoned the number and within 10 mins of arriving at airport car was collected. On return I was waiting no more than 5 mins. Great service!!! Pros: Ease of use, fast service.

Having 2 small children it's so much easier to get out of the car at the terminal, take the bags out, put them on a trolley, hand over the keys to Maple Manor car parking and go on holiday - no hassle involved. It's one less thing to worry about and stops you getting stressed out waiting for buses or walking to the bus stop. Pros: No messing around waiting for buses or taxis.

Maple Manor's rep was there before we arrived to drop off car, and before we exited the airport terminal when we came back. The person who picked up car also assisted with getting a trolley. Excellent service.

Have used service a few times. Once had to wait 15 mins to collect my car on arrival at the airport, but usually punctual. However, this time on arrival back at Gatwick I phoned (21.08) upon collection of my luggage and was quoted 10-15 mins. After 2 further calls car finally arrived at 21.38. 30 mins may not seem too bad but it is when you arrive late at night, are freezing cold, have to be in work early the next day and are still facing a further hour's drive to get home. Pros: Convenient and cost effective if driver on time. Cons: Not so cost effective if driver late.

After a very abrupt and almost rude initial conversation when we first contacted Maple Manor as per instructions to let them know of our impending arrival at the airport, the service improved drastically. Both collecting and returning drivers were very pleasant, polite and punctual. I would use again. Pros: Ease of use, time saved on shuttle buses.
