Having used other airport car parks on previous occasions, this one was undoubtedly the best- easy to find, quick transfers and friendly staff. I will definitely use them again. Pros: Easy to locate parking space.

Signs at the car park that are well lit or luminous please to help find the right areas at night would be a great help. Otherwise we found it very simple to use. Pros: We caught a bus straightaway both journeys. Cons: Clearer pointers to bus stop at Gatwick please.

At a slightly cheaper cost than the long term park, prepayment was easy. Parking ourselves and keeping the keys ensured we knew that the car was safely parked. On return from our holiday handing in the parking card for validation was efficiently and quickly handled. Pros: There appeared to be lots of available transfer buses. Cons: Very slightly longer drive from carpark to terminal.

Although we'd prebooked, the number plate recognition didn't work and showed we had to pay again. This was quickly resolved when my husband went into the office, but it would have been a greater inconvenience during a busier period.

Overall experience of this facility was very good and will use it again in the future. Only bad point was that the bus driver going to the terminal was impatient and didn't wait for me to take a seat before driving off (quite fast too!!). Other than that, very good.

The only problem we had, was the car number plate recognition did not work, and at the exit barrier we were charged £126.00. However, on going into the office and explaining that we had paid online, this was cancelled.

The short term parking was not in use. In the dark, I found the sign posting very bad and not full size. This made getting into the car park during darknes not very good. Cons: Very bad signposting.

I was very pleased with the parking, it was well-signposted and the buses for the transfers arrived on time getting there and back. Will definitely use again.

I was very impressed with the coach frequency, we only had to wait a few minutes for the transfer. It was excellent value for money. I will be using NCP Flightpath again in May.

Very grumpy, unhelpful driver picked us up at the airport to take us back to the car - didn't want to wait for us to load our suitcases; otherwise great service. Pros: Easy to find and park. Cons: Unhelpful coach driver at airport.

We will always use your car parks because the service was wonderful and we always felt the car was safe and what a resonable price. Pros: Plenty of bus stops and very frequent.

Due to a flight delay we were slightly over our alloted car parking time (which we had pre booked) but we were not charged extra. Very nice. Pros: Simple easy efficient.

We had arrived at about 7.45 from the USA and others on the bus were from Barbados. We are all entitled to two pieces of baggage. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, two cars in the car park. We boarded the coach with 12 pieces of luggage including 3 sets of golf clubs and handbaggage. We couldnt get on the first bus because it was full, waited for the next one and then got nothing but moans and groans from other passengers and the driver as we started to fill up the luggage compartment. People were shoving past us to get a seat and squeezing on with luggage etc until the coach was jam packed. When we arrived at the car park we were the 2nd bus stop and yet again moans and groans as we had to drag out bags out from underneath other peoples in order to get off! The comment by the driver was "Are you sure you have got enough bags there?" I replied "Well actually we could have had two more!" Surely when you know what flights are due in you need to put on extra busses, it was pure chaos on a freezing cold, welcome back to Britain, Monday morning. Pros: Easy to park up/and transfer to airport. Cons: Waiting time from airport back to car park at peak times. Small shelter's.

On arriving back at 1am, the Queue for the buses was huge (At least 4 coach loads and we were at the back). I decided to get a taxi back and come back for my family as the wait would have been at least half an hour. Pros: Great Location near to Gatwick North. Cons: Queue for buses too big.

When entering the car park we were directed into an area that was full with no spare spaces, had to park in an adjacent area that we feel was supposed to be closed. Pros: Coach service good. Cons: Direction to parking area poor.

Car park was very crowded. Difficult to know which bus stop to get off at when getting back. Staff very helpful when had to call RAC. Pros: Convenient, quick. Cons: Difficult to find a space.
