Mr Clough, 14 Feb 06 Fast, efficient, friendly service. Transfers very easy and frequent, maximum waiting time only 10 minutes even on a Sunday!! More importantly, even though my aircraft was delayed a few hours I was not charged any extra. - Well Done! Highly recommended.

Pros: Short distance from the airport.
Cons: Car park spaces not numbered, was not clear on finding the bus stop for the return journey.

Mr Bennett, 30 Jan 06 Overall it is very simplistic to book use and exit. The only problem is that the system is supposed to print you a bar code so you do not have to go to the office to have your ticket authenticated prior to exiting but has never worked. Fine in good weather but a pain, poor in really bad weather as well as delaying your exit.
Pros: Convenient, easy.
Cons: Bar code print for ease of exiting never works.

Pros: Excellent facility for Gatwick North Terminal.
Cons: Parking bays were very narrow making vehicle entry difficult. Rather long wait for bus on return.

Mrs Keen, 09 Jan 06 Good service generally. Easy to use with regular transfers and good parking facilities. Hard to move luggage around when you have children with you as you need to lift luggage on and off buses yourself.
Pros: Easy service.

Miss Coormiah, 07 Jan 06 Freezing conditions, arrived back at midnight, tired and because of this got off at wrong bus stop and had a trek to find the car, but this was our own fault really. Good value for money facility overall.
Pros: Close to Gatwick North.

Mr Bright, 07 Jan 06 Very easy to find the car park from the directions given when booked. Found parking space easy, then transferred to airport with the mimimum of fuss and in a reasonable time. No problems when picking up car and confirmation of payment was very straightforward.
Pros: Location, Ease of service.

Cons: Expensive when not on-line offer or long time in advance.

Mr Von Reibnitz, 01 Jan 06 Our return was about 12.30 am a few days before Christmas. Despite the late hour, the shuttle was prompt and the driver was very cheerful. An all round good service.
Pros: A very good, convenient, problem-free service. Good value for money. Close proximity to the terminal.

Mr Hyland, 30 Dec 05 This was a great parking experience. Maybe we got lucky but we had to wait only a couple of minutes for a transfer bus each way. Smooth process on return and we were on our way within minutes! Brilliant!
Pros: Simple and easy all round.

Cons: Drive to car park from terminal quite long.

Mr Ayliffe, 19 Dec 05 Booked via Simply Parking - there was no better option for value and convenience to park for Gatwick Airport.
Pros: Very close and excellent bus service, 5 mins transfers direct to North Terminal.
Cons: Open air.
