Parking Express Gatwick

Mr Hocking, 20 Apr 07 When returning to the car, a bus that wasn't meant to take us to our zone offered to take us to our car, meaning we didn't need to wait for the next bus. Excellent service!! Would recommend and will use again.
Pros: Quick service.

Mr Davis, 19 Apr 07 The only problem we encountered was in finding the Parking Express bus stop. When we arrived at the upper embarkation area, the signs for buses disappeared but after proceeding to the lower floor eventually found them, but as we both suffer from bad backs the extra walking was not appreciated.
Pros: Quick, directions clear, bus drivers considerate.
Cons: Signs to Parking Express.

Mr Farmer, 19 Apr 07 Good value when booked in advance. Didn't have to wait long for a transfer bus. Good location in that very close to airport terminal. Have used before and will certainly use again.

Mrs Otter, 28 Feb 07 We booked early and managed to secure an excellent rate for parking for three weeks. The location is fantastic for the south terminal and the shuttle buses arrived within five minutes at each end of our journey. I would definitely use this service again.
Pros: Location! Frequent shuttle buses.
Cons: No undercover option available.

Miss Webb, 28 Feb 07 It would help when coming back to your car if you remember which bus stop number you got on and not just what row you parked in. Excellent service and would use it again.
Pros: Close to airport, didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus, and easy to exit.

Mr Telfer, 26 Feb 07 When we arrived home we forgot where our car was!! All the bus drivers rallied round and were cheerful and helpful assuring us we weren't entirely hopeless!! All was well and we set off home happy!! A great friendly service.

Miss Cook, 22 Feb 07 Just felt a bit of a scramble when we got to our preferred drop-off zone. Had to ask people standing in front of the cases to move. Case collection area needs to be clear.
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Waiting in the cold.

Mr Boniface, 22 Feb 07 Slick operation, even though I had forgotten where I had parked, the transfer driver was excellent and used his two way radio to find out for me from ops centre! Not a complete idiot, I had recognised where it was as we approached! Saved me a lot of time as I was getting lift to carparks and then locating myself. Well done.
Pros: Easy procedure, even for idiots like me!
Cons: Forgot to note the area and box where I parked (snowing)

Mr Richardson, 22 Feb 07 Well signed directions and easy signs to parking areas. Good transfer to and from terminal. I pre-paid and it was very straightforward. Would use again.
