fast drop off at airport, fast pickup from airport, car safe and undamaged , great value, will use again thanks.

Was so simple, parked car, staff were pleasant and very helpful - coach left immediately. Upon return coach was waiting for us. Whole experience was hassle free and pleasant. Would always use.
Good value service; you need to allow time from parking to airport but reasonably organised. The parking area seems safe although off the beaten track. Directions are clear but should specify distance from motorway; it's further than you think and you have to trust what is a mini roundabout and what is a roundabout. Excellent price though.

Quick and efficient and also prompt. I would be pushed to find a better service at any of the other car parks no matter the price. Well done Flying Scot. I will be back to your car park again. Thanks again. R. Nicholson.
Good service all round both with parking facilities, checkin of car and coach to / from the airport.
have used the flying scot for over 5 years , no problems, airport shuttle buses always available 24 hrs a day, staff freindly and reliable, would recommend.

When returned from airport we were dropped off a considerable distance from where car was parked. We were then left to take cases to our car on our own. Car was also parked very tightly between two other cars

Our family group required two cars.
On our return we were directed to Rows 3 and 6.
A thorough check proved that my car was not on Row 3. It was eventualy found on Row 5.
Not a major problem but sloppy and time-consuming
Good valve for money and transfers ,but parking areas should be improvedto accomadate more parking in tthe high season
It would be helpful if your car was in an area near reception to be collected on return to avoid any problems or damage to your car when parked to close to another car.

We tried to follow the Flying Scot van to the car park but we lost sight of it and had to re-trace our route so it took us a little longer to get to the car park but other than that everything else was good.
They gave a discount voucher for future use when parking for a week or more. I would use them again although there was potential for some bus rage on the return as the first bus arrived could not cope with the numbers waiting. Fortunately the 2nd coach arrived in time to avert some tired travellers becoming more agitated.

follow the directions from the M8 to the letter as you almost loop back on youself, you will understand when the transfer coach takes a different route through the estate and houses. Overall, very easy and will use again.
Second time of using Flying Scot. Very good and at reasonable cost. Transfer time to Airport is only a few minutes.
Will use them again.
Although it was a short distance from the drop-off point within the carpark at the front gate to where the car was parked, it would have been helpful to have the car brought up to this point because my husband is registered disabled and found it quite difficult with his case.
Apart from that the rest of the service was good. We did not have long to wait for transfer to and from airport.

When we arrived it only took minutes to give car keys and be on the bus to airport. On our return after a quick phone call the bus was waiting at airport. After travelling back to Glasgow it was great to be on our way home so quickly.A very efficient and fast service and would certainly use it again. The directions to the carpark were also very easy to read and for once we didn't get lost!

Have used this before and would not use it again if we were not happy with it. Only quibble is you have to get the car yourself as it isn't brought to the front, not a big deal but not so good if it's wet or snowing!!!
