NCP Flightpath Glasgow

Ms Mcguire, 04 Feb 08 I do generally opt for NCP when parking at Glasgow Airport, mainly because it offers the best transfer transport. When booking online it does offer a discount.
Pros: Good transfer transport.
Cons: Carpark could do with a bit of resurfacing and spaces could be slightly bigger.

Mr Smith, 12 Jan 08 We chose to use NCP Flightpath because it was close to the airport and we wanted to get home with the minimum of bother as we were arriving at 3.30am and having to go to work later the same day!! We called from the baggage hall and the bus was there for us when we came out. Within 10 minutes we were loaded up and ready to go home.
Pros: Very close to the airport and transfer bus available easily.

Mr Erskine, 11 Jan 08 Very good facilities. Able to park with my blue badge right at the transfer coach stop. Everything safe and promptly sorted before we went and all ready to leave when picking up our car. Many thanks.

Mr Martin, 07 Jan 08 Good directions given by staff at parking garage which allowed someone not familiar with Glasgow/Glasgow Airport to drive straight to it and also supplied telephone number of garage just in case help was needed. Overall good service and competitively priced.
Pros: Very close to the terminal.

Mr Watson, 03 Jan 08 I have used this carpark before. Every time I have experienced a high level of service. The transfer to the airport has been quick and efficient each time.The only exception was last July and that was no fault of Flightpath as no buses were being allowed into the airport. Their friendly staff directed me to the shortest pedestrian route to the airport. I will certainly be using this carpark for future trips.

Linsay, 30 Nov 07 This car park is fantastic. Very well lit and sign posted. I was travelling alone and am very confident of using this car park as a lone female traveller. It may cost a few pounds more than other car parks in the area but the service is definitely worth it.
Pros: Excellent service and location.

Mrs Doyle, 27 Oct 07 The car park is literally minutes from the motorway turn off,the transfers were prompt, security looked good and it was good value for money. However the directions once off the motorway were very limited - there is alot of roundabouts advertising long stay car parks but none specifically mentioning NCP or Flightpath. I travelled at a very busy time, maybe it would be easier if it was quieter and I wasn't under such pressure to find the right turn off lol!
Pros: Good value for money.
Cons: Directions to find the place were far too vague and I'm usually good at finding places easy!

Mr Mcallister, 16 Oct 07 A very simple to use system, safe parking compound, within a short distance from the airport, car park surface was little 'rough' in places, and had the long wait for the coach to pick up from the 'bus stop' at the airport to return to the car park. Nothing major and I will use the service again.
Pros: Easy operation, to park up and transfer to the airport, pleasant staff.
Cons: Had to wait 25 minutes at the pick up point for the coach.

Miss Haughey, 04 Oct 07 As soon as we parked the car there was a bus to take us to the main terminal at the airport - when we got back from holiday (even though we were delayed for nearly 4 hours) the bus was waiting at the airport to take us to the car park. There was also no extra costs because we were delayed. Great service that the company offers and total value for money.
Pros: Excellent - Value for money.

Mr Mullen, 02 Oct 07 Car park really close to the airport. Bus transfers took no time at all. On arrival back at 3.30am, bus waiting to take me to my car. I liked the fact that I parked the car and kept my keys. The car park was well lit up and there were plenty of bus stops around the car park so it didn't really matter where you parked. I would certainly use this facility again.
Pros: Close to the Airport.

Mr Tait, 06 Sep 07 When we got to the bus terminal the bus was full leaving 6 adults and 2 children standing it was freezing cold we were told by the driver that another bus would be along in 5mins this was not the case we had to wait another 15 mins in which time every other bus passed except flightpath experience was not good!

Mr Hanning, 15 Aug 07 The service had been modified due to the recent incident at Glasgow, and we had to use Car Park 1 instead of the long term car park. Flightpath staff were friendly and gave concise instruction, which was easy to follow. The transfer option was not applicable as we parked fairly close to the terminal.
Pros: Easy to use.

Mr Mulholland, 14 Aug 07 Price was good, comparable with others further from the airport. Pick up and drop off on the way to the airport was excellent. On the way home however the bus was full very quickly and a number of families had to wait for the next bus...and wait...and wait. When it did turn up some 20+ minutes later it was the same driver and the same bus! We had all assumed there would be another bus given the number of people who didn't get on in the first place. When we arrived at the NCP Car Park there was indeed a number of stationary buses sitting there.
Pros: Quick and efficient on the way to the airport.
Cons: Too long to wait on the way home.

Colin Welsh, 10 Aug 07 Bus drivers were friendly and helpful. We had to wait a long time for a bus - more than 20 minutes despite advertised timing being 5 to 10 minutes between buses - and this meant that the bus was packed and there was not enough space for all luggage. However, it was very close to the airport which is always a bonus.
Pros: Friendly staff, proximity to airport.
Cons: Times between buses.

Mr Irvine, 08 Aug 07 Good facilities and cannot complain about the outward journey other than a slight problem with the directions provided. On return though, the driver of the coach did not ask where anyone was parked, drove far too fast and aggressively to the car park, causing passengers who were forced to stand to almost lose their footing on a number of occasions. Driver was not courteous or helpful to passengers, a number of whom had small children. On arrival at the car park, again driver toured the area too quickly and despite being asked to stop both verbally and by use of the button on board, did not do so resulting in no pasengers alighting from the bus before the driver was on the way back to the terminal building! On being requested to drive around the car park again to drop passengers off close to their vehicles, driver refused causing an elderly couple and two families with children and one with a baby in a baby carrier to alight from the bus near the entrance and walk the full length of the car park with luggage and children in tow. Complaint made to on duty supervisor who stated that the driver was temporarily employed and did not have full training provided to full time members of staff. This did not help any of the passengers on board this particular bus! Not a great way to end a holiday.
Pros: Convenient for airport.
Cons: Return transfer from airport.

Mr Turnbull, 08 Aug 07 Car park fine, but we were with another couple and we all got lost, could do with more sign posts especially on the road leading up to the car park, but otherwise good value for money. Bus drivers were really helpful by telling us what to do on our arrival back to Glasgow.
Pros: Not far from airport.
Cons: Not very well sign posted.
