Simply phone the number you were given at check-in to request transfer back to the car park. Your car will be waiting for collection at the reception.
A courtesy bus service runs between Glasgow Parksafe parking and the airport terminal. It operates on demand, on a 24 hour basis with a journey time of around 5 minutes.
Parksafe has accidental damage insurance for any incident caused by a member of staff. Full Terms and Conditions of Insurance cover is displayed at the car park reception area.

Very handy for the airport,punctual service and good value for money,would use again and recommend to friends and family
A friendly Glasgow welcome on arrival at car park, option of being picked up directly from car with luggage or at gate house, regular, buses offering a fast transfer to and from airport. Helpful, cheery staff.
I have used Parksafe twice this year had no problems finding it and it is very near the airport . Price wise they were the cheapest security was as good as any of the others ,as soon as we parked the car we were picked up no hanging about. Will certainly use the again
All staff were very friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to deal with. Car park has a proper tarmac'd surface and good lighting. Coaches comfortable and transfers/pickups quick and easy, even at 2am. I would use Parksafe again even if they were the most expensive but they weren't, they were one of the cheapest! Don't use any of the other sites, go for Parksafe every time!!
We used Parksafe for the first time and would highly recommend this firm.They were very efficient.We didn't have to wait any time at all when we arrived in Glasgow.I was a bit apprehensive on our return flight because we were getting in at 4am. We phoned once we collected our bags and by the time we were out side the bus was waiting for us.Great value for money and excellent service, so thanks guys!
this car park is safe , well maintained, and they do what they say they will. i recommend it for long and short stays. and i will be using them again next year.
Everything went like clockwork. No holdups either way. Bus waiting for us when we left airport to return to our car.
I would have no hesitation in using Parksafe for any future trips. The transfers to and from the airport were prompt.
On return from abroad we used the special phone at the airport but could not get through as the line was continually engaged. Eventually we decided to move to the collection point and use our mobile to try to contact them but the line was still engaged. We found later that this company had only one telephone line which was used for all bookings etc. and for all their other calls so the failure to get through was hardly surprising. When we did get through, we were told that the coach was on the way, which was, in fact, a lie, as it still failed to turn up. When we phoned again, we were told it had been held up at the airport security barrier, which seemed strange as as the pick-up vehicles for all the other parking firms had come through without difficulty. When the coach did turn up eventually, we learned it had only left the base ten minutes earlier and had only been held up at the barrier for about five minutes. We have used this company frequently in the past but shall certainly not be using it again.
I chose parksafe because it was the cheapest deal. It was very close to the airport. The cars were parked on a good surface and the place was secure. The service was more efficient than it had been at another air park. We were directed immediately to a car park space. The transfers to and from the airport were fast and efficient. The driver knew which space our car had been left in and took us straight to it on our return. I have no complaints.
the atteendant was very friendly and the instructions were easy to follow customer satisfaction guaranteed at all times the pickup service from the return journey was quick and efficient weill definately use this facility all the time i fly from glasgow and it gives you the satisfaction that your vehicle is in a safe and secure place and nothing can happen to your vehicle as it is in the protection of parksafe
Simple deal.just park in allocated spot taken to airport and picked up on return and taken right to your car..easy!
Excellent service. Directions to find car park were easy to follow. Parking spaces were numbered and you were allocated a space on arrival and also allowed to keep your car keys. Bus was waiting at the end of the parking row to take you to airport and on return a quick phonecall to ask for a pick-up was all that was needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this car park to others.
when we arrived great service very punctual but when we got back a bus drove away half empty we tried to flag him down but he pretended he hadnt seen us, we had 3 kids with us who had been traveling for nearly 12 hours so as youd expect we were desperate to get on with the next part of our journey, however we waited a further 15 mins then i called again to be told someone will be with you in 2 mins ,10 mins later the bus arrived. A carpark this size should not be working off 1 bus and even if its not thats the immpresion we got. On a lighter note i did like the carpark and liked the fact you park your own car and take your keys with you and i prpably will use this parknride again.
Facilities were excellent in relation to charges. Spaces a bit tight but adequate, glad I was not in some of the others as potential for bodywork damage quite high. I found one member of staff was a bit brusque and lacking in customer friendliness.
We found Parksafe to be a professional service which was easy to use and customer friendly. Our courtesy bus was ready on departure and arrival, wasting no time at all. I would definitely use this service again!
The site is well signposted so no problems finding it. We liked the fact that no-one can enter or leave without the security barrier being raised by staff. Transfers to and from airport were smooth and punctual by clean coach driven by helpful friendly driver. Parking bays clearly numbered on a level surface. We were very pleased with Parksafe and will definately use them again.
Very efficient service, although we had to wait a while for transfer on our return. Really appreciate being dropped next to the car.
I found staff helpfull and friendly. The shuttle service was quick, especially when we came back. Good value for money.
the only moan maybe would have been the quality of the shuttle bus. but then again,, you,re only on it for 5mins
