SwiftPark Abbotsinch for Glasgow Airport

        It was easy to book online excellent value for money. When we arrived and handed in our keys we waited only a couple of minutes for the transfer to the airport. On our return the transfer was very quick to pick us up again. We phoned from the airport terminal and by the time we walked along to the pick up point the transfer was there for us. We will definatley use this service again.

        I used the facilities for the first time would use them again.Pity they did'nt have bigger transfer buses as a party of four with alot of bags,we let parties of two infront adding alot of time on our wait.

        On arrival, advised to park outside office. Staff member then came in a told me I had to move it, vagely indicating car park.Small mini bus then came & my son had to sit on floor, surely dangerous. On return from holiday, called as instructed and was advised they were very busy and would get us asap. Inadequate bus turned up after 10 mins with no room and we had to wait for a further 15 mins for next bus which then crammed as many people as possible in before returning us to our car. To be fair, price was very reasonable, but unlikely to use again.

        Company seems to have different owners and staff who were not the friendliest staff. Transfer minibus was a bit of a wreck with seats removed and holes in the flooring. Probably wont use this parking again. Max of 4 people in the bus with lots of wasted space had to leave 2 people at airport and return for them while only carrying 4 people in minibus.

        The car park was easy to find, however, very limited spaces, in fact we had to go around a couple of times to find the 1 vacant designated parking spot. Upon our return the car had be moved and silly little things like the drivers seat & morrors hadn't been put back in place which was a bit irrating. Overall I'd describe the service as adequate for what we wanted.

        We were out the car with two small children two big cases straight into shuttle bus .straight to airport within ten minutes.On return we telephoned swiftpark from baggage carousel and the young driver was waiting at bus stop and he and my husband chatted away which made the journey evenless time collected the car and we were on our way back to kirkcaldy.All in all fast and effiecent!!

        We were disappointed when we arrived back that we had such bother getting through to them. We eventually contemplated getting a taxi to their parking place we were so exasperated trying to get through. When you're tired and it's pouring it's the last thing you need.

        Booking over the phone was quick and convenient. Easy to find with given instructions and staff were very friendly face to face. First class service.

        Car par was easy to find and very close to the airport. On our return to bGlasgow the car was parked for us at the reception so we didn't have to go searching amongst hundreds of cars as we usually don't remember where we left it! We would definately use Swiftpark again.

        The service was good, friendly and efficient. Best of all it was really easy to find and get away from, minutes away from a major roundabout and access to the M8
