Not too happy with the service, the car had been used with both seats set far back and tilted for no reason, no-one could give us a reason...Would not use again.Pros: Good price. Cons: Car was picked up after holiday with seats re-arranged and more...

I had great difficulty in finding the car park upon arrival and drove past it a couple of times because of the very poor almost non-existant signage. Once there, however, the service was good and prompt with a quick transfer to the terminal. On my return I only had to wait 10 minutes at the terminal before being picked up.Pros: Excellent quick airport transfers and good value for money. Cons: Very poorly signposted and difficult to find compared to other long stay car parks.

GPS and a sharp eye allowed us to find the car park without too much trouble, however speaking to a few people at the location it seems the place can be hard to find. The place is off the road and only has a small sign. It's actually shared with Budget so it's a better idea to look for this. The carpark is rather dark and cramped; it's not entirely clear whether you are parking in a Budget carhire space. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We returned at 10:30pm but due to a baggage machine problem didn't leave the airport until 11:15pm. At this time it seems the company only runs 1 (rather battered) minibus and consequently we had to wait for another 25 minutes before pickup.Pros: Cheap. Relatively close to Heathrow. Cons: Few transfer buses in the evening. Hard to find. Dark.

Directions to the park were clear and accurate; the staff were polite and friendly. For a stay of two weeks or less I will always use this service. A taxi costs £90 plus tip and the car is probably safer locked in the pound than parked on my drive. It also stops me drinking on the plane, so I feel much better.Pros: Professional outfit, the first company to examine the car and give me a written statement of the condition. Cons: There will never be enough transfer buses.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Efficient operation, transfer only 10 minutes from Terminal 3. Rapid pick up on return. Would definitely use again.

Very impressed that on our return to Heathrow there was one of their mini buses waiting for us. The driver was most helpful and friendly. Have used Courtlands before this trip and will use them again for future ventures abroad. Thanks.

You get what you pay for, and I'm sure the two guys who walked up to the pick-up point a minute before the bus arrived will talk in glowing terms, but I waited 40 minutes to be collected, including watching an apparently empty Courtlands shuttle drive past without stopping. I was on the point of getting a taxi to the car park and demanding that they pay when the finally shuttle arrived. The shuttle trip on my departure was also eventful, as it was raining fairly hard and the doors and windows on the minibus were leaking...a lot. Two people on the bus were forced to move to avoid getting wet. I only flew from Heathrow for work, so next time I think the expenses will wear Pink Elephant's higher charge so I can get on my way promptly.Pros: Cheap, on main road so easy to reach. Cons: Shuttles.

Very good service all round. Good value for money and professional service. However on return found new damage to my vehicle, but at this stage they are taking responsibility. Will they provide a courtesy car whilst mine is in the garage having a respray? Who knows...Pros: Cheapness and good service. Cons: Found damage which is causing inconvenience to get fixed.

A great budget car park, it may not have a flashy reception with uniform hostesses and free tea and coffee, but it does everything you want it to. It was easy to find, had quick handover of car and comfortable minibus with seat belts to the airport. Why pay more?Pros: Quick transfer to airport.

Professional friendly driver was waiting outside the terminal and the lack of waiting offset the extra distance to the car park - also they didn't charge for the extra hour since my baggage was late - have used them twice recently and certainly will again.Pros: Cost. Cons: Distance to terminal.

The car park was easy to find and the service from the reception staff polite and helpful. The transfer bus was waiting to take us to the terminal which only took a few minutes. Our return journey was equally fuss free!Pros: Efficient service which delivered what it promised!

The staff were both friendly and helpful. It was great after a 11 hour flight to not have to wait for a transfer to the carpark. Our only gripe is the sign at the entrance to the carpark is not easy to spot in the dark. Otherwise great value and service. We'll be back.Pros: Swift transfers and friendly helpful staff. Cons: Signage could be better.

This was the first time I had used your service and will definitely use it again. All the staff were friendly, I had no wait for a bus to or from the terminal and would advise anyone to do this rather than take a taxi or minicab. I had to take a later flight back than planned but this caused no problems whatsoever. All in all a five star service.Pros: Good location, easy to find, close to terminal,

We were looked after very well and the transfers were prompt. A nice touch was the car ready for collection at reception. The only problem were the puddles around the car after heavy rain.Pros: Helpful staff and good transfers. Cons: Lots of puddles in car reception area.

We didn't have to wait at all for transfers either direction. Not far from the terminals. Car park for drop-off and collection is a bit cramped and very dark. Upon our return our car was a bit hard to find. Good price compared with others.Pros: Efficient transfers, cheap. Cons: Facilities could be better.

Despite being advised that bus transfers were every 20 minutes, there was one ready at the car park on departure and waiting at the airport on return. Check-in was quick and straightforward and we'll definitely use Courtlands again.Pros: Excellent value for money and speedy transfers. Cons: Directions to the site could be a little clearer.
