Check in at reception on arrival handing in your booking voucher and keys.

Departure Procedure
After you have cleared customs and are in baggage reclaim please call the car park on the number given to you on arrival to confirm your collection.

Happy Days Parking at Heathrow Directions

• From the M25, exit at Junction 15 for the M4, then exit at Junction 4, signposted Uxbridge and Heathrow terminals 1-3.
• At the roundabout, take the first exit (third exit if approaching from London) signposted Uxbridge A408.
• At the traffic signals, continue forward onto the A408, signposted Uxbridge, Stockley Park.
• At the Stilwell Roundabout, take the first exit onto Stockley Road A408, signposted Uxbridge.
• At Colham Roundabout, take the first exit onto Park View Road, signposted Uxbridge, and bear left onto Park View Road.
• The car park is on the left-hand side, directly opposite Stockley Academy School.

Approximate mileage from M4 Junction 4 is 1.8 miles. Please ensure you allow ample time for arriving at the car park and transfer to the Airport terminals.

Mrs Bowers, 06 Dec 07 The entrance to site was not very well signed from the main road as it was off a mini roundabout we missed first time and had to take a couple more drives down the road before we found it - not very helpful on a dark November evening.
Pros: Transfer to airport was good and pick up was spot on.
Cons: Entrance to site was not very well signed.

Mrs Shenton, 05 Dec 07 Overall I found Happy Days parking very good value for money. The car was well looked after. The only thing was we had travelled down from Yorkshire and the facilities weren't very good (toilet down the yard)and not very well lit.
Pros: Very reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Toilet down yard. Parking surface not very good.

Mr Webb, 03 Dec 07 As airport parking goes, I felt this was one of my better experiences. Easy to find, and the transfer to Heathrow was quick and painless. On our return, I was expecting a bit of a wait based on some reviews I'd read, but we wre picked up within 15 mins of clearing cutoms, and heading back to the car, so all good as far as I'm concrened. Good value too!!
Pros: Good value, prompt pick up.

Mr Dennehy, 21 Aug 07 We were sent to the old address and had to wait for a guide to the new site. Didn't see any cameras etc for security. Parking grounds were a bit rough. The staff were friendly and amusing, but we probably would not go back. I think we got what we paid for.
Pros: Inexpensive. Friendly.

Mr Murphy, 16 Aug 07 Staff were friendly and helpful and site was easy to find and close to airport. Journey to airport was prompt. However wait at airport on return was long - 50 minutes. Nevertheless good value for money.

Mr Leather, 21 Mar 07 The price is great and the car park is close to Heathrow. However, the transfer times quoted didn't happen. We were kept waiting both ways for other passengers.
Pros: Cheap, easy access.

Mr Carr, 07 Mar 07 Transfers were quick and on time. The driver deliverying my car to the office drove over the parking bollards. There is a tyre mark on the left side of my car that I did not see in the rain when I collected the car.
Pros: Near airport.
Cons: Poor parking attendants on site.

Mr Thorpe, 30 Oct 06 We arrived at the car park and were met (and expected!) by an extremely friendly lady. We were taken to Heathrow T2 in a new, shiny clean minibus driven by a very friendly, helpful chap (the owner). Upon our return we called Happy Days at baggage reclaim and the same chap who had brought us came to collect us. I was told on the phone that we'd be collected in 10 - 15 mins and that's exactly what happened. Straight back to the car park where our car was out ready and waiting for us. We also managed to scrounge a superb cup of tea, made by the owner himself no less. Can't beat the service, friendliness, promptness and overall you get a nice feeling of being people rather than numbers. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! I wouldn't consider using any other car park now that I've found these guys.

Mr Eldridge, 30 Oct 06 No real worries - small operation that seems to know what it is doing. Only gripe was the delay in being collected from the airport. Very good value for the money.
Pros: Friendly, apparently secure and efficient.
Cons: Over 40 minutes wait for pickup at LHR - after 10 hour flight!

Mrs Donaldson, 30 Oct 06 It took us a while to find the car park, but they were very helpful and friendly. The car was looked after well and even though we had a bit of a wait for the return transfer the car was ready and waiting for us at the car park.
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Bit of a wait for return transfer.

Mr Wootton, 25 Oct 06 It was just your typical airport parking, would have liked the pick up sooner after landing but that's just due to the right timing of the buses. Would use them again!!

Mrs Fox, 25 Oct 06 This definitely came across as a low cost option - as it is independently run the number of shuttle buses available is greatly reduced - so transfer time to terminal takes a lot longer than the advertised 10 minutes!
Pros: Good value for money, friendly people.
Cons: Took ages (30mins+) to get collected from airport back to car, unsophisticated parking lot.

Mr Whisstock, 25 Oct 06 They were incredibly helpful - we were overweight at check-in and had to send some stuff back to our car - Happy Days were great - they came and picked up the overweight stuff and put it in our car all at no charge - can't recommend them too highly - really nice people, working hard to give a good service.
Pros: Close to airport - great staff.

Mr Corbett, 23 Oct 06 This is a small outfit, which provides a friendly personal service. Don't be put off by the somewhat cramped conditions in the car park, this is more than compensated for by the care taken by staff.
