I like the fact they actually look at your returning flight details and ensure your car is ready for you even if you do not phone them. Sometimes you are through customs and your luggage comes through so fast that you do not give them enough time to get your car ready... but with CPS it is always there waiting for me! Pros: Convenience - trustworthy.

Good service and handy if you're in a rush. No problems. Not the cheapest, but very quick and businesslike.

We have used CPS Personal Parking before and had good experience at T3 Heathrow. This time used T4 and if anything the collection and drop off were more convenient. CPS were able to be flexible on times as long as we kept in contact by mobile, bearing in mind we were travelling from West Wales. An article in The Daily Telegraph Motoring section just before we flew painted warnings of cars being damaged or abused whilst in the care of meet and greet services so I was a little apprehensive, but no problems at all with this operator. Pros: Convenience, time saving. Cons: Price.

Generally, liked the experience. Very quick check-in, left car which was almost immediately taken to the park. On the arrival didn't have to wait and the car was there waiting for us. The only negative point is the stone marked bump on the wing of the car and petrol level was lower than when the car was left. Pros: Quick, efficient, hassle-free. Cons: When receiving the car, had to sign the document first and then could see the condition of the car. Relatively expensive.

I have used most of the Meet 'n Greet services; most are punctual when collecting the car, much less so when returning it..... CPS at Heathrow T4 is a different story; its on-site office allows you to drop off at your convenience (I was 40 mins early, but was able to go straight to check-in, without having to wait for the chauffeur), and my car was waiting for me - unmarked - when I returned. 10/10 !!!

I like the fact there is a dedicated lane at T4 where you can drop off & pick up - better than the free for all in the main pick-up/drop-off zones. The office there also means it's OK whatever the weather if you have to wait. Pros: Somewhere dry/warm to wait for car. Cons: Just a little pricey to warrant a very short, 3-day turnaround.

Have used meet and greet services before, but especially for T1 this is more convenient because no problem if arrive a little early or a little late due to vagaries of traffic. Nice friendly face at 6am! And very easy at return. Pros: So convenient, especially for T 1, good friendly service. Cons: Need a little ramp at their door so can wheel luggage into the office at T1.

Very quick and easy to find, very close to terminal. Unfortunately instructions upon arrival on homeward journey not all that clear with regard to finding your car again but apart from that thoroughly recommended! Pros: Quick and very close. Cons: Instructions not always too clear.

My car came back with 'fresh' scratches to the bumper that were not there when I left the car. To top it all when I returned the scratch was there, as was a fabricated sheets of paper saying the damage was there when I left. Currently undergoing legal action to sort this out as Manager at CPS basically said I was lying.

We have used other 'meet and greet' services in the past but found it much more convenient to arrive and know that someone will be there to take the car as you have your own office in site - so no need to wait for drivers. Car was there on return so no wait - that was priceless as couldn't wait to get home to children! Pros: Extremely convenient 'meet and greet' service.

I delivered my car to Terminal 1 reception without any damage. On my return there was damage to the nearside front which Gill claimed was there on arrival. I KNOW that it was undamaged at the time I parked it and can only conclude that knowingly a report was created suggesting otherwise following an incident after I had handed over the keys. I do not consider this an honest way to do business. The damage itself is not very serious and I have yet to get a quote for repairs and then I will consider what formal action might be appropriate. Pros: Could have been a good experience. Cons: I will be unlikely to use CPS again. Honesty pays and CPS seem short of that!

CPS Personal Parking is a very good hassle free service. Pros: Easy to find, very friendly and efficient staff. Cons: A more expensive option.
