15/50 Mrs F., 06 Dec 07 Dear Economy Parking - the CUSTOMER IS KING. A real shame - great location for those coming up from the south on the M25/A3/M3 etc. No probs on outward flight. HOWEVER, the staff seem to miss the customer service point. We called after coming through customs as per note given. We told them we were in Terminal 3. We were told to walk to terminal 2. I'm not sure the nice people at Economy parking have walked this on a busy Sunday afternoon. It took at least 10 mins to do this, which was fine. However the person 'waiting' for us clearly wanted to get back to his tea as when we came out at T2, walked the length of the bus stops to the end, the van was nowhere to be seen. Perhaps we walked quickly, we thought. A quick ring to the nice people in the office would clear this up. To say the woman was curt would be kind to her. We were told the person had waited 'a long time' for us and we should have hurried up. No apology, no politeness. Any chance we could get another pick up? suppose so. 25 minutes later we were picked up by another rude and discourteous member of staff. On return to the car park no apology was given. Welcome back to GREAT Britain.
Pros: Location - good for those coming from south of Heathrow on M25.
Cons: Attitude of staff / muddy car park / delayed pick up.

25/50 Mr Farris, 06 Dec 07 Albeit not the fault of Economy Parking but BAA have forbidden them to pick up outside terminal 3 thus you have to walk thru the tunnel and up and down ramps to terminal 2 to get picked up. With lots of heavy luggage this is no fun at the end of a transatlantic flight.
Pros: Good value for money generally.
Cons: Driver gave no assistance with luggage - No pick up from terminal 3.

25/50 Penny, Hertfordshire, 15 Aug 07 Arrived alone in darkness at 3.30 a.m. to find locked gates. Found night bell and summoned a sleepy and not very happy guy, though he did at least offer to get bus to take me before 4.00 a.m. to terminal. Car park little more than a rough yard. Presume security is OK there, but car was completely filthy when I picked it up. Would not recommend for lone females, particularly travelling out of daylight hours.
Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Isolated, rundown.

45/50 Mrs Tandon, 22 Feb 07 From booking and locating the parking to transfer and customer service, it was a smooth experience. Overall it was great.

45/50 Mr Walkling, 26 Oct 06 Excellent value for money, transfer time to/from the airport was prompt. The only problem was the lack of signposting from the main road, I drove around twice before I found it, would still use it again though.
Pros: Excellent transfer to/from the terminal.
Cons: Poorly signposted from the main road.

15/50 Mr Rice, 25 Oct 06 The staff have absolutely no interest in the customer. They were dismissive at every stage. The drivers have no regard for the care or comfort of their passengers and absolutely no courtesy was shown to us. We would never ever use this company again.
Cons: The whole experience.

40/50 Mr Jeeves, 24 Oct 06 Generally good value for money. Transfer prompt, car ready and waiting near the office on return. A good wash needed however as vehicle plastered with dust by our return!
Pros: Well situated for those coming from the West.
Cons: Adjacent quarry/sand pit creates a deal of dust.

45/50 Mr Gooding, 19 Oct 06 Car park near to terminal. Not far to walk from car drop off to coach. Friendly relaxed staff, no fancy procedures. Quick transfer. Phone answered quickly on arrival. Bus arrived within 10 minutes as stated. Walk from term 3 to 2 the only bugbear, but not your fault. Thanks for good service, will definitely use again.

30/50 Mr Lambourne, 06 Sep 06 The most pleasing aspect was the pick-up from Terminal 1. We were asked to wait just 5 minutes, and indeed the bus duly arrived. Leaving for the airport was frustrating as we were sitting on the bus for some 15 minutes before it departed. Overall we were well satisfied and would certainly use them again.
Pros: Pick up from the airport was excellent.
Cons: Bus service to the terminal was slow to get going.

40/50 Mr Dyke, 04 Sep 06 I've been using this car park for about 15 years, though it has changed hands a few times. It is still excellent value for money. There can be quite long waits for the buses (up to 30 minutes) at peak times and during difficult operating times for the airport.
Pros: Great location for anyone living west of Heathrow.
Cons: Allow up to 30 minutes for the bus to take you to the terminal.

35/50 Mrs Shaw, 04 Sep 06 Transfer times not quite at the level advertised as I had to wait about ten minutes for the bus each way. This still was extremely good value and well worth considering.

10/50 Miss Annoyed, 25 Aug 06 Our keys were lost by the staff, left in another customer's vehicle. It took two and a half hours to get a hire car for us to drive home, which was not a welcome experience given we had spent eight hours overnight on a plane and just wanted to go home. We then had to come back (a four hour round trip) to pick up our car when the keys were located. We were given a refund, however. Won't be going back.
Pros: In theory, fine. Plenty seemed to get better service than us.

40/50 Mr Reedy, 24 Aug 06 A basic but efficient service. I was very satisfied with ease of finding the site and rate of transfer to the terminal. Don't expect luxurious facilities! We waited about 10 minutes for our transfer outside terminal 4 which was what we expected. Car was waiting for us when we arrived at site. If you are looking for basic parking I would recommend this option.
Pros: Cheap and close to terminal 4. Easily found from the M25.
Cons: Basic facilities.

45/50 Mr King, 23 Aug 06 I found difficulty in finding one essential sign post on the way in (very dark night), but on arrival every thing was quick and efficient. Had to wait 30 mins for the return transport but afterwards the journey was quick and our car ready waiting beside the checkout office.
Pros: Proximity to airport; clean; courteous; simple and effective system.
Cons: Sign posting; wait for return transport.

35/50 Mr Maskell, 18 Aug 06 The return driver turned up in a new bus which was great, but then drove like a maniac back to the car park, a bit of an unnecesary experience!
Pros: Good, cheap and not much waiting around.
Cons: Had to walk to T2 as no pick up from T3.

50/50 Mrs Blackwell, 18 Aug 06 Easy to park vey close to terminal 1. Will use again. Although we did wait quite a while for the coach to arrive when coming home.
