Meet & Greet Option Arrive at the Airport terminal, unload your luggage and an official will safely park your car for you! On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal ready for a swift departure.

Car storage facilities: on-airport suitable

Arrival Procedure
Please call if you are going to be early or late when you are 10 minutes away on 020 8759 5252. You will be met in a specified area by one of the representatives. You will be met at the designated area for your terminal.

Departure Procedure
Once you have got all your luggage, call on 020 8759 52 52. Those with hand luggage call when you land.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport
Transfers are not necessary as you are met at the Departure Terminal.

Disabled Facilities
This service is particularly suitable for disabled clients.

Security at MBW Valet Parking
Cars are transferred to a nearby secured compound which is manned 24 hours a day.

Insurance
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive the customer's car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions.

Notes
MBW Valet Parking Drivers only wait 15 minutes; this is why they ask you to call if you are going to be late.

MBW Valet Parking Directions

• You will be met by a driver in a MBW Valet Parking uniform
• TERMINAL 1: Follow signs for departures. Keep to the left lane of the departure ramp & followramp through to the lower departure level. Pull up on the red tarmac
• TERMINAL 2: Follow the signs for T2. Pull up in the 3rd lane which is the carset down lane
• TERMINAL 3: Follow signs for T3. As you approach keep terminal to your right. Pull over outside American Airlines
• TERMINAL 4: Follow signs for T4 departures. Go up ramp and pull up in 3rd lane which is the car set down lane
• Return instructions given upon arrival. Please call if MORE THAN 10 MINUTES EARLY or LATE

Mr Ball, 08 Aug 06 MBW Valet Parking deliver the car quicker than others I have used in the past. This was the first time I had used them and I was very impressed, so will be using them again.

Mrs Van Someren, 30 Jul 06 Walk straight through customs and get into your car outside the terminal 5 mins later. At 9.30pm on a Sunday after a hectic weekend this is definitely worth the money.

Pros: 2 minutes from dropping off my car to checking in.

Mr Peel, 13 Apr 06 When we arrived, the man from MBW Valet Parking was there ready and waiting - all plain and simple. On our return trip, however, we were seriously delayed. But still the man from MBW was unfazed: one call as we picked up our luggage, and there he was, on hand with our car. That's what I call service.
Pros: Excellent time-keeping.

Mrs Smith, 31 Mar 06 I was a bit nervous as hadn't used this service before and it was a special trip, but there was no need. We arrived at Heathrow and the staff member was there in a couple of minutes even though we were a bit early. When we arrived back as we collected luggage we rang and by the time we were outside within a couple of minutes he was there, and we were off! Fantastic no hassle, lugging cases anywhere will definitely use meet and greet again and have already recommended it to others. Thank you.
Pros: No hassle, just arrived and keys were handed over.

Pros: Did not have to carry cases any further than necessary.

Mr Adams, 05 Jan 06 The service provided was first class in every way. Having made my booking on-line, I called to re-confirm the details and the service was friendly & informative. On travelling to Heathrow, I called ahead to notify them of my early arrival and was told that they would try to meet me earlier...and they did - I only had to wait 5 minutes. Once my car was collected, I realised that I had left my wallet in the car. I called the office, the driver returned to Terminal 1 immediately and handed over my wallet, all within 10 minutes. On my return to the UK, the car was returned to me promptly, allowing me to make my homeward journey with the minimum of delay. A 1st Class Service at a very competitive price.
Pros: Value for money and ease of booking on the internet.

Mrs Budden, 05 Jan 06 Staff very helpful. Service very good, even though we had unexpected changes because of snow and flight delays. Will use again in preference to other meet and greet services we have used before.
Pros: Convenient and efficient.

Mr Hight, 20 Dec 05 MBW failed me completely, both in failing to collect the car at or near the agreed time, and failing to phone me to warn me that there might be a problem. Unlike with other Meet and Greet service that I have used before, MBW were not waiting to collect my car when I arrived (5 minutes before the designated pick up time). 10 minutes after the designated pick up time, they were still not there! I phoned them - they said that they were in Heathrow tunnel and would be with me in minutes. They promised to call me back if they were not going to reach me within the next 10 minutes ... but they didn't call and they didn't reach me in that 10 minutes. It was over 40 mins after they were supposed to collect the car that they arrived. I nearly missed my flight. It is bad enough not to reach me in time, but not to phone me to warn me of the problem and allow me to make other arrangements is unacceptable. Purple Parking Meet and Greet may be a little more expensive, but at least their drivers are always there, and on the evening in question there were plenty of their drivers available to collect Meet and Greet cars. Using MBW seems like too high a risk to use again.
Pros: Car returned OK.
Cons: 40 mins late for pick up, no phone call to advise, and I nearly missed my flight.

Mr Hollywell, 29 Nov 05 Reduces time needed to arrive at airport and makes the carrying of luggage easier. On arrival back in the UK it is so convenient to be met with the car and be able to continue on our journey without having to waste time being bussed to the off airport carpark. Also useful to have the car valeted if desired.
Pros: Very convenient and efficient service.
